Some Politicians Are Stupid

They gulp down all the lies told them by the anti-gun fools who think they can stop crime by making a law against guns that cannot be effectively enforced and are therefore useless. But they don’t know that. They’re supposed to be “smarter than the average bear” but are NOT. They also think that by passing a law against guns, they can eliminate all guns from the world. Talk about abysmal stupidity! They think crime is mostly committed by legal gun owners, and it is NOT. Crime is mostly committed by some of those millions of ILLEGAL guns out there. Disarming the law-abiding does NOT “Stop crime.” It INCREASES it by disarming the law-abiding, leaving then lawless to get their guns out of the trunk of a car owned by another lawless individual. This is FACT, not just my opinion. “Gun-free zones” are the best example of a silly anti-gun law. Do they really think a criminal will see a sign saying ‘No Guns Allowed” and leave his gun at home? Not a chance. He sees those “zones” as “target rich” for his illegal gun. A place where the law-abiding, even those with concealed carry permits, will not be armed, and he can “do his dirty work” without opposition. 100% of mass shootings have happened IN “gun-free zones.” What don’t these fools not understand about that? Refusing to Do the Impossible

They made a law in California that all new or redesigned guns must use “microstamping” technology to imprint the make, model, and other info on the shell when it is shot. The process is very expensive and almost impossible to achieve. It makes it almost impossible for the maker to comply, therefore, it effectively prohibits the maker from selling covered guns in the state. What bonanza for illegal gun sellers, who don’t care about such laws and they vastly improve their business as law-abiding people become criminals in order to have guns for self defense. They can’t just BAN guns, so they make them impossible both to make, AND to use in the field. They’re making more and more such laws every day. Soon there won’t be a legal gun left in the country and everybody who owns one will be a criminal, by definition. A neat way around the Constitution. (Just common sense)

Abysmal Political Stupidity!

What the hell are they thinking? Releasing criminals by the thousands so they can prey on the law-abiding, while at the same time working hard to DISARM those very law-abiding people, making them “easy targets” for their crimes. And then they say they can’t figure out why crime increases, especially gun crime.” These people can’t be that stupid, can they? Are they just stupid when it comes to guns? No, releasing criminals to prey on us isn’t about guns, although guns play a part. But if you put the two together, you will have a disaster. A disaster the like of which they cannot prepare for. But then, look at the thinking of the anti-gun fools: they really think that, if they prevent honest, law-abiding people from getting guns, that will reduce crime. It will not. Criminals will still get their guns illegally, and if the law-abiding are obeying the law they will be unarmed and defenseless. That only causes MORE CRIME. Then if you start releasing loads of criminals from jail on whatever reason, it’s like pouring gasoline onto an out-of-control fire. I can’t believe we have elected so damned many stupid politicians, but we have. We need to use a wish for “gun control” to the list of reasons NOT to vote for a given candidate. (National Review)

Serious Financial Consequences

Colorado is learning that there are serious financial consequences to passing ever-more restrictive anti-gun laws. Aside from losing THREE liberal lawmakers who backed serious anti-gun measures, two major manufacturers of gun appliances have signaled their intention to move OUT of Colorado, a place where they could not sell their products. That takes about $80 million dollars annual revenue (and the taxes on it) out of the Colorado economy. There are other gun-dependent businesses also contemplating a move OUT of Colorado unless the state comes to its senses. Other anti-gun fools all over the country are learning that Americans jealously guard their right to own and use guns for self-defense as law after law sponsored by the gun-haters falls by the wayside. They’re learning that no longer can they DEPEND on gullible legislators to “rubber stamp” their useless anti-gun laws. (Just common sense)

Are Gun Stores "Essential?"

Yes. They are. Absolutely. Especially when know-it-all politicians are releasing so many criminals so they can prey on us. In some places they’re refusing to even ARREST criminals for some violent crimes, and all NON-VIOLENT CRIMES. That’s so the criminals won’t get the virus and maybe die. Who the hell CARES if criminals get the virus because they’re huddled close together in a jail? The crimes they committed were what got them there. I worry more about the law-abiding people NOT in jails who can, and will be exposed to not only virus carriers, but illegal gun carriers. Even moreso as those stupid politicians turn all kinds of criminals loose. I just don’t understand the thinking of those politicians as they release more and more criminals from jail, while at the same time denying us the means to defend against them when they come to prey on us. They can’t all be that stupid. There must be an ulterior motive nobody is talking about. I think it’s that they know they’re going to come for our property and want to meet as few guns as possible when they do. (Crime Research Center)

Gave Him 4 Bullets

A thief broke into this guy’s home at about 5 in the morning and said, “Give me your stuff” when confronted. And he did. Starting with 4 bullets, which he gave him right away when the bad guy reached for his pocket. This thief found out something that more and more thieves are going to learn to their dismay as time goes on. That is that, you can break into homes and steal things, but the chances of running into a homeowner who is armed and ready to stop you is much higher than before, as the laws today allow more people to HAVE guns in their homes, and on their person outside their homes to oppose you when you come to take what isn’t yours. It’s much more difficult to “buffalo” somebody who has his own gun, and that’s the only way to be able to defend yourself against such people. Anti-gun fools look upon people having their own guns with horror, and tell you how “terrifying” that is. Which completely ignores the millions of ILLEGAL guns already out there in the hands of the lawless. Which REQUIRES that honest people be armed so they may defend themselves and maybe “reduce gun crime” one criminal at a time. And there’s a lot to be said about discouraging other attempts at victimizing the law-abiding because of the fear they may be armed. (Western Journal)

Gun Control Is Illegal

The Constitution of the United States, to which ALL LAWS made MUST conform, PROHIBITS “gun control” as we know it. Each and every “gun control law” that has been made is in CONFLICT with the Constitution and thus is ILLEGAL. The Second Amendment says “[T]he right of the people to bear arms, shall NOT be infringed.” It could not be clearer than that, but the anti-gun fools have tried and tried to obfuscate it including trying to say that ONLY members of an “organized militia” were covered. The fact that an organized militia did not exist at the time didn’t seem to bother them. An “organized militia” to the Founders meant ALL THE PEOPLE. They could be called up in time of need, and the government, which was not as “flush with money” as it is now, wanted them to bring their own guns.

All this means any reference to an organized militia in the Second Amendment is moot. But they won’t let it alone. Corrupt politicians are simply AFRAID of an armed populace because they don’t want to get shot as they go about victimizing their citizens. Each and every anti-gun law now in effect IS an “infringement” upon our right to “bear arms” and that makes them illegal. But until the Supreme Court rules them so, they will continue to be enforced, to the detriment of those who get their guns legally. Of course, none of their laws have ANY effect on those who get their guns illegally, and they all make it easier for them to victimize those who do obey laws even if they think they’re stupid. So, in addition to being illegal, they are useless and unenforceable upon those who would use their illegally-gotten guns to victimize the law-abiding. (Just common sense)

Carry Permit Demand Soars

Obama says most Americans agree with his actions on gun control. But if they do, why has the demand for “carry permits” soared since he took office? Kansas and Illinois are leading the charge, but I expect many pother states to follow suit as time goes on. That anti-gun liberals are completely out of touch with the wishes of Americans is becoming obvious. They don’t care about disarming criminals, they want to disarm EVERYBODY (except themselves and their political friends, of course). An armed community is a communiit of CITIZENS. An unarmed community is a community of SUBJECTS. Subject to the whims of their politician “rulers.” (Examiner)

Judge Blocks Background Checks

U. S. Federal Judge Roger Benitez in San Diego, California, ruled in favor of the California Rifle & Pistol Association in a suit to apply an injunction against the state enforcing that law. In his decision he noted that “Criminals do not obey laws” and are not likely to get their guns legally and stand for a background check, so this law is a waste of time. And it violates the Second Amendment rights of the citizens. He said a background check “defies common sense,” which is what I’ve been saying for years, while anti-gun fools ignore me and continue to pass their useless, unenforceable anti-gun laws that do NOTHING to reduce “gun rime.” This judge is a welcome change from what we usually get from judges in California. Judges who are liberals, and do not rule with the Constitution, but against it. Why they get away with ruling AGAINST the Constitution, I don’t know. There should be some sort of control that calls them to account when they rule against the Constitution. The Constitution is very clear in the Second Amendment. In spite of liberal efforts to “muddy the waters,” all that was necessary to guarantee our right to be armed for self defense was one sentence. No legalese that would be impenetrable. Unnecessariy Strong Police Presence

What does a tiny city like Fort Pierce, Florida need with what is more like a TANK than a police car? Such a small city is not “crime-ridden” so why would they need such an over reaction in equipment? Do they think there’s going to be a revolution that starts in Fort Pierce? Do they think those revolutionists will have rocket launchers and other weapons of war? If not, why do THEY need such a “Weapon of war” to enforce traffic laws? Personally, I think Obama is EXPECTING a revolution as he pushes us further and further toward a socialist system and is secretly over-arming the cops so they can help “put it down.” (The Truth About Guns)

Stupid Anti-Gun Signs

All over the United States municipalities are posting signs essentially saying, “No Crime Allowed.” And they really expect the lawless to look at them and say, “I’d better not commit any crimes here” and go somewhere else to commit their crimes. The first sign I saw saying that was posted by the West Palm Beach, Florida cops. I’m sorry to say I used to live there, many years ago. But among many other such signs is the one above, posted by the Cook County Sheriff’s Department in Chicago. Chicago politicians have to be the stupidest politicians around if they believe such a sign will have ANY effect on crime. Of course, Chicago has some of the tightest anti-gun laws in the nation, coupled with one of the WORST gun crime rates in the nation. And they don’t see the correlation, there. Everywhere the gun laws are the tightest, gun crime is at its worst. You call that to their attention and they instantly start calling you names—like “gun lover.” While not changing their laws a bit. It’s no damned wonder gun crime is so high. Their anti-gun laws PROMOTE gun crime by DISARMING the law-abiding, making them “easy targets” for law-breakers. (Just common sense)

"Guns Shock and Sicken Me"

That’s what a Washington State Senator admitted during a hearing there. During the hearing, State Senator Jeannie Darneille of Tacoma frankly revealed what lies behind much of the support for I-594 and other gun control measures across the country. As captured by a video of the hearing, the senator told those assembled, ‘I am not a person who handles guns. I don’t own guns. I don’t…they shock me, quite frankly.’ ” And these fools are the ones who make laws that keep us from being able to defend ourselves against ILLEGAL guns. To a human being, guns are not frightening unless they’re in the hand of a criminal, aimed at you. Lying on a table with no human hand upon them, they’re like a rock; completely unable to harm anybody. But not to such as Sen. Darnelle. She really believes we can completely eliminate guns from existence by making a law. The fact we can’t is lost on her and people like her. Thus we get more and more laws that disarm us, but not the criminals and crazies who like to shoot up schools. (Daily Caller)

"Emergency Powers"

The Pennsylvania governor is giving us a good example of Rahm Emanuel’s dictum: “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” He is contemplating using his “emergency powers” to literally ban firearms for the law-abiding, while doing nothing to stop the lawless from getting and using their guns. By so doing, he is DISARMING the law-abiding, making it easier for the lawless to victimize the law-abiding with their ILLEGAL guns. Can anybody show me where, in the Constitution it says a governor can violate the Constitution by invoking “emergency powers?” I don’t think it does. So if he goes ahead with that plan he is violating the Constitution, to which ALL LAWS must conform, or they are now laws at all, in the eyes of the courts. This is a good example of how a would-be dictators works: twist the law to suit yourself and defy anybody to oppose you. And if nobody opposes you, enforce your illegal laws until somebody does. This is also how liberals work. Liberals ARE “would-be dictators” and push things to the edge of the law every day. (MOM-AT-ARMS)

NRA Teachings Work

Two young boys (age 9) found a gun frozen in the snow while waiting for a school bus and never touched it. They told their school bus driver, who held it until the police arrived, and took possession of it. This is exactly what the NRA teaches kids to do, although this article doesn’t mention the NRA. Those teachings may have saved the life of one or more of those kids, if they had done the “kid thing” and started playing with it, thinking it was a toy. The gun was probably dropped by a criminal the cops arrested the night before. This is what the anti-gun fools don’t talk about: a child being saved by the teachings of the NRA. To them, the NRA is obstructing their efforts to get rid of the Second Amendment, one detail at a time. Nothing else. And they hate the NRA for that. But what the NRA is doing is simply standing in the way of the government totally destroying our right to self defense. Period. In addition, they are doing things those anti-gun fools SHOULD be doing: teaching kids how to properly act when finding a gun, instead of pretending guns don’t exist. Kids are curious. They are “sponges for knowledge,” although they hate some of the methods and institutions created to accomplish it. So it’s always best to give them that knowledge, of they’ll find out for themselves, sometimes in disastrous ways. (Just common sense)

We Do the Wrong Things

What the hell is wrong with politicians? Somebody with an illegal gun shoots a place up and the politicians in charge rush to make the average individual defenseless against the next one. The way to self defense is NOT to disarm yourself! But they never learn this. They always target LEGAL gun owners whenever something happens, when legal gun owners are NOT the problem. ILLEGAL gun owners ARE. So what the hell good does taking guns away from honest people do? The answer is nothing. Nada. The end result is getting more innocent people killed through the ignorant actions of those politicians. The other day a shooter in Canada was responsible for the deaths of 18 people, until “good guys with guns” could arrive and kill the shooter. So what does Canada PM Trudeau do? He announces an increased push for more gun control. Nobody knows what kind of gun was used, but the immediate action was to work harder to get an “assault weapon” ban passed—and there will be more. Count on it. Despots and would-be despots are uncomfortable with an armed populace, and they can use this atrocity as an impetus to pass more gun control. (Bearing Arms)

Excesses of Gun Grabbers

The father of one of those children killed by an ILLEGAL gun at that Parkland school thinks people should be jailed, just for having a gun, legal or illegal. This is the kind of excess that you can expect of fools, who think they can solve all the violence problems by getting rid of legal guns. I guess he thinks ALL legal gun owners should be jailed, including the cops and various “government agents” who are armed so they don’t get killed by those with ILLEGAL guns. The fact that ALL anti-gun fools ignore is that crime is not, for the most part, committed by people who buy their guns legally and stand for gun registration. It is committed by those who get their guns ILLEGALLY. And they do NOT stand for inclusion in a list of gun owners. I commiserate with him on losing his daughter. I lost a daughter—and a son—to drugs, but I realize no amount of lawmaking would have saved them, so I don’t go out and do the stupid things this Parkland dad is doing. You can’t bring back your children who have become victims of criminals by making laws against the law-abiding. And making laws that do nothing but make it easier for those ILLEGAL gun holders to victimize them will never help. (Just common sense)

Gun Show Background Check

Unlike most of what anti-gun fools claim, you CANNOT buy a gun at a gun show without having to submit yourself for a background check. Like most anti-gun fool assurances, it’s a LIE. They know it’s a lie, but they continue to tell it, because it sounds good for their “cause.” Another lie is that, “You don’t need to have your own gun because the cops will protect you.” Nada. No they can’t. They know that’s a lie too, but they keep telling it. The cops are the first to tell you they can’t protect you because they can’t be everywhere at once, and the lawless are very good at victimizing people “out of sight” of the law. At least, the cops “in the trenches” will tell you that, but the police politicians won’t. They agree with the anti-gun fools who tell you they can. But it’s just not true. All they can do is write down the facts, clean up the scene, get rid of the body or bodies, and HOPE they can find the shooter, later. But that does not “protect” you. Background checks do nothing to protect you, either. Again, they can be useful if the shooter got his gun legally and stood for a background check—which the lawless do not do when they get their guns illegally. Thinking Positively

Politicians warn: “The Dumocrats only need to turn 4 seats in the Senate to take it over. And they’re investing millions and millions of dollars to do that. So hurry! Send money! We need it to fight them off! But looking at it in a positive way, we only have 4 seats to defend to retain it. Plus we’re going to win so many seats in the House, the Dumocrats won’t know what hit them. They’ll think it was a sh-t storm. Meanwhile, Trump is going to win by a landslide. We’ve been raking in bundles and bundles of money too—and don’t forget, Trump is a millionaire and can take up some slack if he wishes. We get told that we are being “out-raised” by the Dumocrats, and that may be so in the short run. But don’t forget the fact that it was announced some time ago that Trump had a $100 MILLION “war chest. Add later contributions to that, and I think he has enough to get by. I get hundreds of e-mails every day, and 85% or more of them are demands for money “to help us win!” Some are thinly disguised as “surveys,” but the dun is always there, at the end. Others tell us they have someone who will multiply our contribution2, 3, 4 times if we just send money. But why doesn’t that person just donate the money him/herself? It’s pure politics, which is always, “contribute more money.” That’s on both sides. (Just common sense)

"Stop Shooting Each Other!"

That’s what the Baltimore mayor is telling his residents. “We need those hospital beds for virus patients.” Like that’s going to solve the problem. Virus patients WILL overrun the number of hospital beds available in short order, anyway, So this is just a “bandaid on an open wound” and will not solve any problems in the long run. Politicians like to act like they are doing something “to solve the problem. When people rightly point out their “solution” isn’t anything near a solution they criticize the criticizer, saying he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. It’s as if he’s saying, “I’m a high and mighty office holder and nobody is smarter than me, so shut the hell up!” Under that way of thinking, that mayor might as well be saying, “Just shoot better so you kill your target and he/she will not require a hospital bed.” That’s about as smart. I’m getting a little tired of the news media obsessing on the Coronavirus. It’s almost as if there is no other news. Yes, people should stop shooting each other. Permanently. Not that that will solve anything except for those who get shot staying alive. It’s just not an answer to the Coronavirus probem. (CBS Baltimore)

Web Sites as A Weapon

They SAY you can do things, but they limit you to a web site to get it done—and the web site is so lame and dysfunctional (on purpose) that you can’t get it done, and the “deadline” passes and you lose the right you THOUGHT you had. That’s a scam that’s being used in Canada to make it impossible to get, or renew licenses to keep guns. And it’s also being used by Obama to screw up the medical profession so badly people will be DEMANDING a “single-payer” system, which is what Obama wanted, all along. They then can SAY you didn’t respond quickly enough, so they take your rights away from you. Watch for Obama to start a new web site for you to use in retaining your right to self-defense. And it will be unusable, as usual. (Just common sense)

Won't Let You Sing

But they’ll kill your baby for you. In Mendocino, California, they have banned singing in church unless the services are virtual services and the singers are at home. Meanwhile, California has deemed boozing, liquor stores, and killing babies as “essential services,” I begin to wonder at the SANITY of the politicians making those decisions. I’ve never looked upon baby murder as an “essential service” any time. And I look at politicians who support it as murderers. There are way too many politicians taking too many liberties with our rights, using the Coronavirus as an excuse, most of them Dumocrats. Dumocrats are having a field day violating our constitutional rights in many areas. One of the most evident are what they’re doing about our Second Amendment rights. You can’t take away a constitutional right because of a panic or a national emergency. There is no logical reason to ban the legal use of firearms during this pandemic, but they continue to assert false logic. They think legal gun owners will “shoot up the landscape” if they’re allowed to have guns. Not so. It is the ILLEGAL gun owners who would, and will, every day. (Daily Headlines)

Certain Lack of Intelligence

They don’t have the intelligence for ANYTHING, but I’m specifically talking her about the “solution to gun violence.” They think the answer is to make owning and carrying a gun, the means to self-defense, illegal while criminals couldn’t care less. They always get their guns, especially where gun laws are the tightest. Illegal gun sellers seek these areas out because they know they can sell more guns to more criminals. They ignore facts like crime rates in areas where gun laws are tightest gu up while they go DOWN in areas where gun laws aren't so tight. Liberals are told over and over again the REAL means to an end to gun violence but they’re “tone deaf” to reason. They even think reason and logic do not even exist. The real logical answer is to ALLOW honest people to be armed in self-defense. They will soon take care of the “gun violence” problem by eliminating the illegally-armed criminals who buy their guns illegally in back alleys out of the trunks of cars owned by other criminals and never "register" them. They think if we are allowed to be armed for self-defense, we’ll go out and “shoot up the landscape” at the slightest provocation as ILLEGALLY armed criminals (like gang members) often do. Gun Permits "Troubling"

DC has issued many gun permits and carry permits. This “troubles” DC politicians. Why the hell is THAT? It’s not as if there are not millions of ILLEGAL guns, already out there, in the pockets and hands of the lawless, who use them to victimize the law-abiding. Like all politicians, they only recognize the things they can SEE. And they can only see those guns that are sold legally. But those are sold to, and thus owned by, people who are NOT the problem, who need them to successfully oppose those with illegal guns who want to victimize them. One of their “concerns” is the cops not being able to tell somebody they observe with a gun is legal or not. Seems to me they need to train their cops better, so that carrying a gun is not an automatic offense. They can find out the difference, simply by asking. The illegal gun holders will react differently from those with legal guns and carry permits. They have the same problem now, but the largest majority of the guns that create problems are NOT in the hand of licensed carriers. They just can’t understand that when there are many illegal guns out there in the hands of the lawless, the absolute BEST answer is more guns also out there in the hands of the law-abiding. But most politicians, mostly Dumocrats, will just not accept that. They have their blinders firmly in place. The DC top cop says the “cops on the street” have not complained about the number of legal guns out there. Only the police politicians. (Truth About Guns)

It's A Shame

It’s a damned shame this former Marine had to die when a 12-year-old student started shooting up his school because he didn’t have a gun when he attempted to stop him (as Marines do). But with the laws the way they are, he didn’t have his own gun and was defenseless against the illegally-carried gun of the shooter. So this brave man died and was unable to stop this kid from injuring two other students and killing himself. All because schools are “no-gun zones.” This is just more proof that the ignorant anti-gun laws in this country KILL people. Need I say more? (Marine Times)

Charges Dropped, Finally

Roosevelt Twyne was arrested by an overzealous cop in New Jersey, the capital of the anti-gun states, for possession of an illegally-carried gun, and possession of illegal “hollow point” ammunition, costing him his job, and forcing him to hire a lawyer at a time when he had no income and was running out of groceries. Only one little problem. The gun was legally purchased, he had a permit to carry it, and those bullets were NOT hollow points, a fact supported by the state’s own web site. He even went so far as to go on national TV with his story, and the NRA announced they were with him. I don’t know what that entailed—maybe they helped pay his lawyer and bought groceries, and helped pay his bills while he was unemployed, due to that arrest. Fortunately, “wiser heads” prevailed, and those specious charges have been dropped, making it unnecessary to fight them in court. The prosecutor’s office said they had “exercised prosecutorial discretion” and dropped the charges. This sounds really magnanimous on their part, but I suspect they didn’t want to be made to look stupid in pursuing charges that are illegal. Clue, guys. You already look stupid for FILING such charges against a LEGAL carrier who uses that gun in his work. (Truth About Guns)

Damn, Are They Stupid!

I’ve spent more than 20 years trying to tell a bunch of stupid people there is NO WAY any of their highly-touted anti-gun laws are ever going to do ANYTHING to “reduce gun crime,” and instead INCREASES it by disarming the law-abiding so they are defenseless against illegally-armed law-breakers. Among those are stupid politicians, who make these useless laws. But do they listen? Not a chance. They just ignore me, and everyone else that tries, and go right on making them, while the lawless go right on gaily shooting people. What drives these people is a mystery. All except the politicians. ANY politician who wants to pass such a law is obviously a would-be dictator who wants fewer gun in the hands of his/her intended victims. So it becomes obvious that they’re either stupid or have an ulterior motive in taking away the guns owned by the law-abiding. Politicians for sure. Anti-gun activists, maybe. Maybe for them it’s just the handsome salaries they get from the organizations that employ them. Some were victimized by a gun and are misguided in how to cope with it, and have bought the BS fed them by other anti-gun fools. (Just common sense)

Ill-Considered Laws

A new Mississippi law says you can only claim self-defense within 30 feet of your home. Like that’s the only place the “bad guys” lurk. What if an illegally-armed criminal accosts you 31 feet away from your home? Would it then be illegal to shoot him? This is an example of the STUPID laws anti-gun politicians make today. What should we do? Have a place to put our guns at the 30-foot mark so we won’t break the law? And wouldn’t criminals know where to wait to attack us? Silly and stupid. What We're Afraid Of

The mayor hasn’t actually employed these tactics (yet) but she is telling us she can. The tactics to which I refer are “temporarily” removing constitutional rights because of the Coronavirus. How taking away our guns in violation of the Second Amendment helps in the fight against the Coronavirus is a mystery to me, but that is one of the things the mayor of Springfield, Illinois is threatening. She emphasizes the fact that they have not been implemented (yet), but that she COULD implement them. Something I seriously doubt. Yes, she could implement them for a short time, until the courts intervene. But that’s how would-be dictators work. Make laws, even though they may be illegal, and enforce them until the courts holler “stop!” But the damage has been done. Lives have been ruined, and people have been ruined, financially. But they don’t care, as long as they get their way—at least for a while. Illinois is a known anti-gun state, and the anti-gun fools will use anything they can to “get a leg up” on pro-gun people, for however long a time as they can. (Town Hall)

"Second Amendment Not Absolute"

That’s what “Sniffer Joe” Biden thinks, anyway. He says NO constitutional amendment is absolute. He says he taught constitutional law for years, and he KNOWS. The problem is, he DOESN’T know. Like another “constitutional professor, Barack Obama, who doesn’t know the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, he THINKS he knows the Constitution, while he does NOT. He says you can’t have just any gun you want, and certain guns can be banned. He also thinks he can have people sue gun makers for the MISUSE of their product, which would really “open a can of worms” as the victims of auto accidents sue the auto makers for the misuse of THEIR products. The Second may be the ONLY Amendment that IS “absolute” because it does not even mention guns, but only guarantees the right to “bear arms.” No matter what kind of “arms” than may be—which means ANY kind of arms you wish to have to have “parity” with the lawless, who observe NO LIMITS on the kind of guns THEY may have. Never mind none of the anti-gun laws ever made have stopped, nor even slowed down “gun crime. He, like most anti-gun fools, only wants to disarm the law-abiding, while leaving the lawless and their ILLEGAL guns, alone. (Breitbart)

"A New Progressive Era"

“Progressive” is “fool speak” to mean socialism. The governor of California, a well-recognized “flaming liberal,” has openly revealed he is willing to do what former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel once said, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” He has told his liberal cohorts they should regard this virus panic as a reason to “establish a new progressive era.” Which means dust off all the old, rejected socialist plans that failed, and try them again, “to fight the virus.” And politicians, both liberal and otherwise, are gaily rushing out to do just that. They’re all dusting off their pet social projects, hoping to get them enacted before we realize what we have allowed to be imposed upon us. Anti-gun fools that were “licking their wounds” from their latest failure have “come out of the woodwork” and gone to work to further erode our constitutional right to be armed for self defense. Politicians have jumped up to limit our right to move about in ways they do not approve. They tell us to “stay at home,” which is a good idea because of the virus, but some are announcing draconian measures if we don’t comply. In some places they are requiring violators to wear one of those ankle bracelets designed to keep track of criminals. Other places just put them in jail. In The Philippines, they have been told by their president to just shoot them. Be careful what you agree to. It will last long after this virus is a distant memory. (Just common sense)

The Ultimate Hypocrite

This mayor was a big anti-gun fool for many years; probably still is. But he was recently convicted of a “gun crime” involving discharging his gun to scare a man away from his home. The fact that he INVITED the man into his home didn’t seem to dawn on him. He wanted to intimidate him, so he fired his gun. He wanted a gay sexual liaison with the man, who wasn’t interested. Firing the gun was part of the intimidation process. He is a member of Mayor Bloomberg’s anti-gun mayor’s group. He’s going to prison for 10 to 20 months, plus probation and community service, and a fine. This is a known “anti-gun fool” who has his own gun, and used it to intimidate a man in his own home. The mayor actually had him brought there in a police cruiser. This is the quality of man who is against guns for everybody BUT himself. (The Blaze)

Typical Misrepresentation

The anti-gun fools are insane! They have claimed a March article cover of the American Riflemen threatens Nancy Peelosi’s life when it clearly does NOT. Anything to make pro-gun people look like hoodlums and thugs. The cover features a photo of Nancy and a title, “Target Practice.” The “target practice” refers to Peelosi’s “target practice” against gun owners, and does NOT threaten her. Never mind “Mad Max(ine)” Waters daily threatens President Trump with violence, while saying outright she wishes he was dead, with not a ripple in the liberal media. One female comedienne published a photo of herself holding a phony “severed head” that was plainly made to look like Trump, and the liberal media ignored it. Only the “conservative media” noted it, and then they had no choice but to acknowledge it, without commenting about it’s rightness or wrongness. So, based on their misinterpretation of the page, at least one respondent (Rep. Eric Swalwell, well-known anti-gun fool) said they should be “put out of business with boycotts and ballot boxes.” Nothing like ignoring your own excesses while wrongly criticizing others! This is how the left, and particularly the anti-gun left works. Find something they can misinterpret and use that to criticize their opposition. (Bearing Arms)

Proof Positive

That more honest people who carry their own guns for self defense will reduce gun violence. A gunman burst into a “Dollar Store” threatening to shoot everybody in sight. So a customer shot him to death. One less deranged gunman shooting up the place. They say the incident was caught in security video and that this customer will face no charges. NO kidding. Only in New York or New Jersey where ANYBODY using a gun, even in self defense (except a cop) WILL face charges. Bravo to that civilian. That's one way to reduce crime, one criminal at a time. I can't believe anybody with any intelligence at all, would like to,l face a gunman without having his own gun. (Breitbart)

Violating Constitutional Rights

Politicians are using this Coronoavirus panic to trample on our constitutional rights everywhere. In California they have pretty much closed down the legal gun industry and when the Firearms Policy Coalition asked for a stay on an Obama-era judge’s allowing that to happen under very suspicious circumstances, he refused to grant it. This is a liberal judge, appointed by a very anti-gun president, ruling in contradiction to the Constitution, a document to which ALL LAWS must conform. It would seem to me there ought to be a method by which judges can be punished and immediately reversed for so obviously ruling AGAINST the Constitution. Unfortunately there is not, so rogue judges like this one can make his/her own law by his/her rulings. In places all over the country local politicians have resisted allowing the gun industry to be ruled to be the “essential enterprise” it IS, and in spite of the president ruling just the opposite--and being criticized by the anti-gun fools for doing it. Criminalizing Gun Law Enforcement

[Recently], State Sen. Mae Beavers (R – Mt. Juliet) introduced S.B. 1607 to the legislature. This would be an expansion of the already extensive Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act of 2009. If enacted, the bill would make it a crime to enforce federal gun laws in the Volunteer State. The text of the bill states, “Any federal enactment or federal enforcement action relating to firearms, firearm accessories or ammunition, is void in this state.’ ” I don’t know how legal this is; can you make enforcing a federal law illegal? If you try, will you end up in trouble, yourself? I don’t know, but I’d like to see this law being enforced. I would cheer to see some “untouchable federal agents” perp-walked to jail by state police. But it probably won’t happen. They’ll come to some kind of “understanding” and that law won’t be enforced as written. But whatever happens will be good for gun owners. I hope. (Guns)

Dictator In Waiting

It’s easy to tell that “Sleepy Joe” Biden thinks getting elected president confers upon him dictatorial powers, and he “brooks no opposition” to his damned fool ideas. The absolute proof of that is when he laid a foul-mouthed cussing on one member of his “audience” who “called him to account” on his anti-gun views. Politicians who are not “dictators in waiting” will at least try to assuage his fears. Not Biden. He tells him he’s “full of sh-t” and “not to be such an ass,” then walks away, leaving the man fuming at his stupidity. Biden says he’ll “come for your AR-15s. Never mind the Constitution, to which ALL LAWS must conform, prohibits ANY “infringement” on out right to “bear arms.” How he plans to get around that is a mystery. Maybe he plans to just ignore that constitutional prohibition and become a dictator in actuality. It’d be nice if he was the only Dumocrat with such ideas, but he’s not. ANY Dumocrat who gets elected has the same foolish notion he (or she) can just ignore the constitution and do what he/she wants to the people in this country. (The Gun Feed)

"No Guns Allowed!"

I recently wrote about a man who shot to death an armed “gun crazy” who came into a “Dollar General Store” threatening to kill everybody in sight. Turns out that store had a sign on its door prohibiting guns in the store. A lot of good it did them. A crazy man who didn’t care about that came in, threatening to kill everybody in sight. Fortunately for them, another customer, who was NOT a “crazy” and also didn't care about their sign was there, too, and killed the gunman. Would they keep their “no guns allowed” sign after that crazy shot up the place and killed everybody? Maybe the guy who put up that sign would be among the victims. They'll Tell Any Lie

The anti-gun fools will tell any lie and expect you to believe it. They must think you’re really gullible and stupid, some of the things they expect you to believe. Their most recent lie is that you are “43 times more likely to be killed by the Coronavirus if there is a gun in your house.” I think stupid is on the side of the anti-gun fools if they think even the very stupid would believe that. One study they used to support this found also that there was a felon in the house, which skews their findings seriously. Another factor is a government’s tendency to PROMOTE a study that seems to prove whatever thesis they’re trying to promote. Politics always plays a big part in any discussion, of anything. But to say then presence of guns in the house makes you more likely to die from the Coronavirus is CRIMINAL, and should be punished severely. One thing that weighs heavily on ANY such idea is the complete unreliability of what the government of communist China puts out. They are well known as LIARS to make themselves look better in then eyes of the world. One thing we suspect is they are quietly shooting people with the virus without reporting the deaths as BECAUSE of the virus so as to reduce the numbers of deaths attributed to the virus. But the anti-gun fools don’t care about things like that. If they can twist the facts to suit their narrative, they will. Much like the Chinese communists without shooting the victims. (Borepatch)

"Stop Shooting Each Other!"

That’s what the Baltimore mayor is telling his residents. “We need those hospital beds for virus patients.” Like that’s going to solve the problem. Virus patients WILL overrun the number of hospital beds available in short order, anyway, So this is just a “bandaid on an open wound” and will not solve any problems in the long run. Politicians like to act like they are doing something “to solve the problem. When people rightly point out their “solution” isn’t anything near a solution they criticize the criticizer, saying he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. It’s as if he’s saying, “I’m a high and mighty office holder and nobody is smarter than me, so shut the hell up!” Under that way of thinking, that mayor might as well be saying, “Just shoot better so you kill your target and he/she will not require a hospital bed.” That’s about as smart. I’m getting a little tired of the news media obsessing on the Coronavirus. It’s almost as if there is no other news. Yes, people should stop shooting each other. Permanently. Not that that will solve anything except for those who get shot staying alive. It’s just not an answer to the Coronavirus probem. (CBS Baltimore)

Why Listen to Them?

The anti-gun fools prove their ignorance every time they open their blow-holes, so what does anybody with any intelligence at all listen to a word they say? The local MOMS Against Guns (or something like that) bunch , after Alabama advanced their “stand your ground law,” put out this statement: “The best way to keep people safe in houses of worship is to keep guns out of the hands of people who shouldn’t have them, not embolden people to shoot first and ask questions later,” said Dana Ellis, volunteer leader with the Alabama Chapter of Moms Demand Action. “Our state already has one of the most expansive Stand Your Ground laws in the country. This expansion is not just unnecessary, it’s dangerous.” Which, of course, ignores the efficiency with which a parishioner whon was armed dealt with a would-be mass killer in that Texas church and wished, I guess, that a bunch of parishioners to be killed, in the absence of “the equalizer” in the hands of a responsible “concealed carrier.” This is not logical. It is BEYOND not logical to wish people to be completely defenseless when it is possible to be able to defend yourself if the anti-gun fools would just let you. Licensed “concealed carriers,” as a rule, are NOT the ones to worry about. It is the UNLICENSED carriers like that Texas church shooter who IS. And if a licensed carrier is not present, he can kill at will with impunity. (Alabama Political Reporter)

Second Amendment Outdated?

That’s what a “letter-to-the-editor” of the “Courier-News” in Chicago thinks. He says guns today are made for one reason: to kill people. What the hell does he thing those muskets were for? He says now we can call 9/11 when danger is imminent; to what poi t? So they can document our murder and get rid of the body?After you call, you can wait for them to arrive while the bad guy pumps bullets into you. The man’s a fool. He says we “have plenty of protection.” Where? When? Cops are MINUTES away. Even if they start immediately. That ILLEGALLY-armed criminal is THERE; NOW, and may kill us while we WAIT for the cops to arrive. Somebody needs to talk to this fool about common sense. Common sense tells us we need to have a gun there; NOW so we can STOP that criminal. Not later, so it can be documented. REAL gun control is a gun in the hand of the criminal's intended victim. Policies Based On Ignorance

There are only so many things you can say about policies that are based on an abysmal ignorance about things without repeating yourself, and that’s what I’m faced with. I’ve been doing this for so long, I seem to have “said it all” about the total ignorance and stupidity displayed by those who want to disarm all Americans who wish to buy their guns legally while totally ignoring those who just go out and buy them in a back alley somewhere, from another criminal who will be happy to sell them to them without a background check, or a permit—or just steal them from someone who did buy them legally. People who are going to misuse the guns they buy are not going to stand for a background check or bother to apply for a permit to carry. They just do it illegally. That’s a given. So it’s obvious to those with intelligence, anyway, that you cannot “stop gun crime” by disarming the law-abiding. To do that, you have to find a way to disarm the lawless, and I just can’t figure out a way to do that, except to let legal gun owners shoot them to death when they come trying to steal their possessions at illegal gun point. But the anti-gun fools are too stupid to see that, and they won’t hear of it. And I’m talking about both the citizen anti-gun fools and those who have wormed themselves into places where they can make the laws that get honest people killed. (Just Common sense)

Calif. Lib Ignorant About Guns

Kevin DeLong, a California anti-gun fool, pretends he know what he’s talking about, but reveals his ignorance when attempting to describe the gun he was holding in his hand. He talked about 30-round magazines and said the gun was capable of firing x-number of magazines a minute. Anybody with a minimum knowledge of firearms (like me) knows he was referring to 30 BULLETS per minute or some such. But he’s too dumb to know the difference, as are ALL liberal Democrat anti-gun fools. And these are the people who pretend to make laws for us. Dumb people are too dumb to know how dumb they ARE. The writer of this item says Californians need to get rid of such ignorant people or end up living in a police state run by idiots. Too late: they already are. (Daily Caller)
