Death Goes On

In Chicago, which has some of he tightest anti-gun laws in the nation, maintains some the highest gun death statistics in the nation, also. Which ought to tell the anti-gun fools something, but it does not. They still clamor for the passage of more and bigger anti-gun laws, KNOWING they don’t work worth a damn. And in Chicago (again) 43 people were shot over one weekend, most with illegally-obtained guns. Seven of those were killed. This happens way too often, while politicians ignore it and go on making their useless, unenforceable anti-gun laws. We keep pleading with them to stop making the law-abiding defenseless against those illegal guns, but they don’t listen. All their anti-gun laws do is get people killed, especially in “gun-free ones,” where ALL mass shootings so far have occurred. I get really tired of writing these things over and over and being ignored by those who THINK they know better than I. They do NOT. That is a given. If they did, their laws would actually WORK, and they do not. Why don’t they listen? That’s because it isn’t about gun control, it’s about CONTROL. Cure for School Shootings

Arm the teachers. Don’t force them to be armed, but ALLOW teachers who have carry permits and the proper training to bring their guns to school, quietly. Trust them to be responsible gun users as the school system trusts them to be responsible with your children. Don’t buy the anti-gun fool notion that, if they have a gun, to figure shooting somebody is the FIRST response to any disturbance. Disarming everybody in a school just leaves them defenseless against the gunman who comes in, regardless of “the rules,” to kill a few students. Experience proves that schools that allow their teachers to be armed have had NO SHOOTINGS, so far. In Israel, teachers have been armed for a long time, and that has resulted in only 2 school shootings, both of which resulted in a dead gunman, and NO dead children. Signs warning that some teachers are armed serve as an excellent method to discourage a potential gunman from coming in, since they cannot know WHICH teachers will be armed. Not like with UNIFORMED “resource officers” who can be located and “dealt with” before anybody realizes there is a shooter there. (CPRC)

Incendiary Remarks

The anti-gun fools are good at that, because they do it so much. Statements like, “Cops like to shoot kids.” Yes, some kids do get shot by the cops while they’re doing their jobs. But I don’t know a single cop who LIKES to shoot kids. If I did, I’d work hard for his or her dismissal, for cause. The truth is, there are kids who like to shoot COPS. At least, they’re kids by the definition of the anti-gun fools. They define “children” to be people up to the age of 21, or even older. Most gang members are children under that definition, which allows them to make such damned fool cracks as that. They also say, “Cops shoot black men 21 times more often than white men.” Maybe true, but requires some context. Black men shoot COPS more often than white men. And the cops shoot BACK. If they are not killed, that is. The anti-gun fools make these statements in an effort to demonize the cops and make it look like “gun crime” is “out of control.” It isn’t. It has been GOING DOWN for years, but they don’t tell you that. They just make incendiary remarks such as, “Cops go out each day, hunting for a black man to shoot,” which is a LIE. Cops do their jobs, and often forces them to shoot a black man, in self defense. That’s something not told you by anti-gun fools. (Just common sense)

Gun Bans Cause Crime

The Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) did a study recently that showed graphically that, where gun laws are the tightest, gun crime, and other kinds of crimes, INCREASE. It was a study that did not rely on biased views of figures, but relied on raw numbers, and what they showed. The anti-gun fool crowd will paint it as a “flawed report,” because it was done by CPRC, a known PRO-gun organization. But that won’t work, because the study relies on raw numbers. Not the kind of “study” that comes from the anti-gun fool crowd. Looking at the charts shown, there is much up and down on them, but the major movement is upward, with a few short dips, then upward, again. All this proves again, what I’ve been preaching for along time, that gun control, far from reducing crime, INCREASES it, by disarming the law-abiding, and making it easier for the miscreants to victimize the law-abiding, since they are disarmed. But nobody is listening, except people who already know the facts, which is very frustrating for people like me who deal in FACTS, not wishes. (CRPC)

"Emboldening" Gang Members

The Houston, Texas police chief thinks “permitless carry” will “embolden” gang members. How stupid is that? How many gang members bother to get a permit where it is required? Most of them are too young to own a gun, anyway, but all of them do. This chief is making the usual mistake of assuming that gang members CARE about such things as “permitless carry.” They just get their guns illegally, and carry them, all the time. While in areas requiring permits, only those with NO criminal records who DO obey laws will not be armed, and thus defenseless against those people who care not about any laws, much less anti-gun laws. In areas allowing “permitless carry,” law-abiding people have “parity” with those who wish to use their guns to victimize them. They are therefore NOT defenseless, and that does NOT “embolden” gang members. It makes them think again before attempting to victimize the law-abiding, while reducing crime, one illegal shooter at a time. Those who try to victimize a law-abiding person who has a gun. Why we keep such incompetent, ignorant people as this police chief in their jobs, is beyond me. Houston ought to get a police chief with some intelligence. (Breitbart)

Protecting Self-Defense Shooters

Criminals who sue a potential victim who shot them in self defense has become an issue in many states. Criminals who were wounded sue, and collect, in a liberal-run court system. The families of criminals who were KILLED while attempting to victimize someone sue the potential victim and also collect, in a liberal-run court system. It is a TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE when this happens. Criminals should not even be ALLOWED to sue somebody who stopped them from committing a crime, no matter what method they used. The crime itself should be a BAR to a suit for damages by the criminal. I saw a fictional representation of a cop, who used his car to run over a criminal who was getting ready to throw a Molotov cocktail at him, killing him. The police were sued by the criminal’s family, and got a million dollar settlement. I know that was just a scripted show, but it happens way too often in real life. Criminals, who are stopped by any means, should NEVER be allowed to sue for damages when they get hurt or killed, stopping them, even when those stopping them are cops. Indiana is taking steps to correct this injustice, and other states should, too. (Just Common Sense)

We're Right Again!

In Japan, it is nearly impossible to get a gun to use in a mass killing spree, so they use what they can get. And knives aren’t very hard to come by in Japan. It is a “knife culture” over there. Knives are everywhere, and I don’t mean in just cooking. So this guy wanted to do some killing in Kawasaki, Japan, near Tokyo. He couldn’t get a gun, so he used a knife, and stabbed a bunch of young children at a bus stop, killing two, including one child. Fifteen other young girls were injured in the attack, according to Japanese officials. Most of those stabbed were little girls, between 6 and 7. Politicians, as usual, offer their “thoughts and prayers,” and then go out and pass some more anti-gun laws. The reasoning of the killer is not known. Authorities were unable to question him, after he killed himself following the attack. We keep telling the anti-gun fools that their laws do nothing to stop fools like this from carrying out their nefarious schemes, but they never listen, preferring to pass their useless, unenforceable anti-gun laws while people die because of their ignorance. They need to figure out what they’re thinking, and stop such people before they go out and kill a bunch of small children for their imagined “crimes.” In the coming days, they’ll find out more about this killer, but we may never know why he stabbed so many small children. Painful Proof

In Great Britain, they have almost completely banned gun ownership by anybody BUT somebody who works for the government in some way, and, to prove our predictions, they have suffered a painful increase in KNIFE CRIME. We have always maintained that, if they banned guns, the bad guys would find something else to use in victimizing the law-abiding, who DO obey laws, even if they think they’re stupid. And all anti-gun laws ARE stupid. They do nothing but make the law-abiding “easy targets” for the bad guys, who obey NO LAWS. The way to self defense is NOT to disarm yourself. They know this at a government level (mostly) because they will not disarm the government. But still, they want to disarm their citizens. There is not a SINGLE anti-gun law that does ANYTHING to stop, or even slow down “gun crime,” yet they insist on making more and more of them in the face of the fact that they’re useless. Why do they keep making them? Because that reduces the possibility that they will face fewer guns in the hands of the citizens when they come to take what is not theirs. Something they have already begun to do with their RICO laws, that allow them to “confiscate” money and property because they “might have” been gotten illegally. They can “stop and frisk you” and “confiscate your hard-earned money if you “have too much” in their opinion, then they use it for their own purposes. And now they have a way of knowing how much money you have on you by “scanning you” as you pass by. It’s a little “thread” quietly embedded in dollar bills they can scan. (USA Today)

"Illegal" Guns

The Anti-gun fools always assume the guns used to victimize the innocent are legally-registered and owned guns, and that simply by passing a law, they can eliminate all “gun crime.” They CANNOT. Anybody considering a major crime such as a mas school shooting—or any crime using a gun—don’t bother with anti-gun laws. They couldn’t care less if their gun is legally bought and registered, or not. Which is why MOST “gun crimes” are committed, using guns that were obtained ILLEGALLY. Which means the “bad guys” usually IGNORE anti-gun laws. Once in a while we find that a legally-owned gun was used in a mass shooting. A gun that was bought by somebody who had not, before then, committed a crime and, was thus not prohibited from owning a gun. So, either way, anti-gun laws are USELESS in preventing “gun crime.” That’s something that is not subject to argument on a logical basis. Right here and now, I DEFY any anti-gun fool to debate me on this issue if he/she feels like he/she has a logical argument in favor of gun control laws. I don’t think I will get any takers, but I’m ready if I do. (Just common sense)

Another Stupid Gun Law

Sen. Feinstein is “reintroducing” her ban on people under 21 being able to buy rifles after the synagogue shooting in San Diego County, California, which proves, again, that she knows nothing about what to do to STOP such shootings. She is “applying a bandaid” when a full “bandage is required. She, like all the other anti-gun fools, ignores the unalterable fact that such laws only apply to LEGAL purchases of the gun involved, which only creates a thriving black market in them. NONE of their misguided anti-gun laws ever has done ANYTHING to stop, or even slow down the purchase of guns for nefarious purposes, in those UNDER 21, or over 21. They are frustrated at that, but “flail about” making more and more of those USELESS laws and regulations, KNOWING they do nothing, while “patting themselves on the back” for “doing something” about “gun crime,” even if it does not work. Meanwhile, their laws and regulations get innocent law-abiding people killed and injured, because they are disarmed, and defenseless. This just HELPS the criminals, who obey NO LAWS. (The Hill)

"Rights Violation"

Amnesty International says gun ownership is a “human rights violation.” It really amuses me when some liberal fool twists things like this. Gun ownership, at least, in America, is a constitutional right. NOT a “human rights violation. It is securely connected to the inalienable right to self defense, which is more than a constitutional right, it is a HUMAN RIGHT, and cannot be taken away by the government, no matter how much they may make it difficult to acquire the tools for self defense. It is fools like those in amnesty International that aid them in their quest to DISARM all Americans, so later, when they come to take what is ours, they will meet fewer guns, and the ones they do meet, themselves, will be a violation. Gun control is not about guns, it is about CONTROL. Ultimately, some in government want complete control over everything you do or even SAY. And gun control is the path to that control. "Rigged Against Gun Owners"

This is about Colorado’s “Red Flag Law,” one of many being legislated in many states. It punishes people, based on somebody’s “opinion” of what they MIGHT do, if allowed to keep their guns, not on something they did that breaks the law. That is “prior restraint,” and the Constitution prohibits that. Which seems not to make a difference to the fools who make anti-gun laws. One of the problems involved here is that, in the first instance, a “temporary” removal of gun rights can be granted by a court, with NO ability of the “defendant” to defend himself against those possibly imagined charges. When later they try and make it “permanent,” (364 days), he is allowed a defense, but in so doing, he must prove himself innocent, and not crazy, which is not only impossible to do, it goes against our basic rule of law, that a defendant is “innocent until PROVEN guilty.” And again I must add, the fact that this law does NOTHING to stop, or even slow down “gun crime,” just like all the other anti-gun laws that get made. They are acts of futility, as no amount of such laws will EVER do anything to rid us of “gun crime.” I get very tired of pointing this out, only to be ignored by those who pretend to know better than I, but who are, in fact, fools. Irrefutable Proof

The anti-gun fools are dead set against allowing teachers and other school staff to be armed, lest they become mass killers if their students anger them, just because they have access to a gun. Unfortunately, for them, not a single school that allows their teachers and other staff to bring their already legally-carried guns to school with them have had a school shooting. In Israel, where they have long allowed teachers to be armed, have had just TWO attempted school shootings that resulted in dead wannabe school shooters. No others. This is irrefutable proof that arming teachers DOES work, like no anti-gun laws ever have. Does this mean the anti-gun fools will admit their error and support the idea of allowing teachers and other staff to be armed? Not a chance. All Except North

All the NRA “executives” kept their jobs after the “election” in Indianapolis. All, that is, except former President Oliver North, who was forced out after he threatened the NRA’s real boss, Wayne LaPierre, with “nasty revelations.” It’s too bad that the NRA is run by a “cabal” and that makes it hard to continue the fight to retain our constitutional right to be armed for self defense. The State of New York, where the NRA is chartered, has even begun an “investigation” into their financial dealings. Though why NRA, a conservative organization, found it necessary to have its charter in a known liberal-run state, is beyond me. I’m beginning to think the NRA is “self-exploding,” and that’s a tragedy. We need such an organization to counter the effect of all the anti-gun fools there are, not only outside government, but within. But I’ve always been suspicious of LaPierre, as he continued to run things through many different “presidents,” from what is supposed to be a subordinate position. The fact that ALL the NRA officers were re-elected without opposition makes me think “the fix is in.” And that cannot be good. I say that, and I am a supporter. (Truth About Guns)

Anti-Gun Fool Lies

“The US is the location of MOST of the “gun crime” in the world. Truth is, we are a distant 11^th in “gun crime.” “Pro-gun people are in the minority. The majority of Americans want GUN CONTROL.” Truth is, gun owners (the legal kind) number 120 MILLION and we are the MAJORITY of voting Americans. “Anybody with a gun is dangerous.” Not so. 53% of ALL shootings are done by black men under 30, meaning one-half of all shootings are done by 3% of the population, and 83% of ALL shootings are gang-or drug-related. Every time there is a “mass shooting,” they want to further limit our right to own and use some kind of rifle. But only 7% of all shootings are done with a rifle. “Better gun control means less crime.” Truth is, Japan and Korea virtually BAN gun ownership and use by citizens, and both maintain high “gun crime” rates. Somebody must be ignoring their laws, and somebody else must be importing guns illegally. “Guns are almost never used for good.” Truth is, guns are used for good 500,000 times every year, to save a life, or prevent a crime. 75% of all gun deaths are suicide. Preventing gun ownership would not affect those numbers because, if somebody wants to kill him/herself, they will find a way, if a gun is unobtainable. These facts did not come from a “right-wing source.” they came from the FBI Unified Crime Report. Gun control is not about guns. It is about CONTROL of your every move. Oliver North Is Out

He’s not going to be the NRA president, any more. He must have realized that he is just a figurehead. The real power in the NRA is Wayne LaPierre, the “executive vice president.” LaPierre has “held that post” for many years, through many “presidents.” He took on a little more than he planned, when North was elected president, and North acted like a real president, opposing many of LaPierre’s policies. It came to a head recently, and North was “forced out” by the Board, led by LaPierre. I have long been suspicious about LaPierre’s long holding of this supposedly lower position that lasted so long. North didn’t even attend their recent meeting in Indianapolis, and his resignation statement was read by another official. One thing the NRA doesn’t need is “dissension from within,” when they are dealing daily with all kinds of “dirty work” against them from without. Such infighting will make them “easy prey” for their enemies if it continues, and all America will suffer if they “go under.” I’m sure LaPierre will find a “pliable” replacement for North, but will that help? Or will it be the “death knell” for the NRA, as well as for the gun rights guaranteed by the Second Amendment. (AP)

Gun Control Myths

The anti-gun fools like to say that looser gun laws contribute to more crime. But empirical figures do not support that notion. Areas where gun laws are the tightest (like Chicago) see correspondingly high gun and other crime rates, while areas where gun laws are looser see a corresponding LOWERING of crime rates, including gun crime. They like to say violent crime is up because of slightly less tight gun laws, but that is a myth, too. Crime has been on the decline for decades, while they insist it is rising. Mass shootings are not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is ILLEGALLY-held guns and suicides, not mass shootings. Legally-owned guns are much more often used for lawful purposes than illegal purposes. Concealed carriers are NOT a problem, but may be part of the solution. These facts are “troubling” to the anti-gun fools, because they contradict everything they tell us. They think that, all you have to do is make a law against something, and it will “go away.” That people who break laws for a living will somehow OBEY their silly, unenforceable laws. They will not. That the way to self defense is to DISARM yourself. It is NOT. (Bearing Arms)

Well, It Happened Again

Two things. One, a gunman walked into a synagogue and opened fire, killing one, and wounding two others, including the Rabbi, who was hit in the hand. Then he encountered an off-duty border control officer, why threw a few shots at him. It has not come out yet if this happened inside, or outside as he was fleeing, but when a cop stopped him a few minutes later, this coward quickly pulled over, jumping out of his car, saying, “Don’t shoot, I’m surrendering!” This probably contributed to the fact that only four people were hit, but in any case, it would certainly lead to his capture, since that trained officer could identify him. It is said that he shouted “anti-Jew, anti-Trump statements as he opened fire, making it impossible for Trump-haters to say he was a “Trump supporter,” as they claimed of a previous killer, before that was debunked. I’m going to add it to the cases where a “good guy with a gun” stopped a “mad shooter,” even if not inside the synagogue, because that officer, by trading shots with him, prevented him from returning inside to kill more. He is also reported to be “under investigation” in an unsolved Mosque arson. Although why he would torch a Mosque if he was a Muslim, is beyond me. Maybe he did it to divert attention so he could do his “dirty work” in this synagogue. Or maybe he just hated everybody equally. (Legal Insurrection)

It's Democrats' Fault

Have you ever noticed that most of our problems happen in places run by Dumocrats? Chicago, for instance. It has mostly always been run by a Dumocrat machine, and it has some of the worst problems anywhere. They have some of the highest numbers of gun deaths anywhere, because of Dumocrat anti-gun fool policies. And like most cities run by Dumocrats, they are in money trouble. They don’t have enough money to pay their current bills, yet Dumocrats are creating more and more giveaway programs, to spend even more of “other people’s money” to buy the votes that keep Dumocrats in office. The Dumocrats spend a lot of time poisoning the minds of our children, and death, destruction, violence, and injury always follows. But the average person doesn’t notice, because the Dumocrats are so good a hiding their influence. The price for a college education is skyrocketing, yet the liberal professors continue to poison the minds of their students. One of the reasons I am not a liberal is because I did not go to college. So I missed out on the brainwashing. Dumocrats are liberals. The terms are interchangeable. And liberal ideas are silly and dangerous. Yet they continue to impose them upon us. This has to stop. A Futile Endeavor

I spend a lot of time every day, “slaving over this computer,” writing the same things over and over, and having no effect on what the anti-gun fools do, and say. They lie, and promote “questionable numbers” to support their aim to destroy the very concept of self defense in this country. They SAY what they do is to “make life safer for everybody,” but actually, what they do makes life much more dangerous for everybody. Think for a minute; if you were a student in school and a mass shooter came in to kill a few students, would you rather have an UNARMED teacher who can do nothing to defend you? Or one who is armed, and well able to kill that shooter before he can kill a bunch of students, maybe even you? It’s a simple question, and one the anti-gun fools have conditioned many people to believe that an UNARMED teacher is better because if that teacher has a gun he/she will “go nuts” and kill a few students, him/herself. I write this kind of thing over and over, and it falls on deaf ears of the anti-gun fools, who just want to eliminate guns in the hands of the law-abiding, no matter how many people that gets killed. Well, I told you posting would be spotty this week. Yesterday, we had a momentary power outage, due to a rain storm, that shut down our WiFi so I could not post last night. It’s back on today, although it’s “iffy.” I hope I can get through posting, today.

"You're Not Entitled"

The 23^rd Dumocrat presidential candidate, Joe Biden, says that,”The Second Amendment doesn’t say you’re entitled to have a gun.”well, it certainly DOES, Joe! What kind of addle-brained crack is that? What kind of faulty reasoning does it take for an “otherwise intelligent man” (sic) to say that the Second Amendment does not do what it does? The Second Amendment clearly says, “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be abridged.” How more clear can you get, Joe? Liberals are always trying to get us to think the constitution doesn’t say what it says, so they can misread it to suit themselves. That is no more apparent than it is in “Roe v. Wade,” the decision, based on a misreading of the Constitution by liberals, which has led to the MURDERS of millions of defenseless infants, before they ever get a chance at life. For my part, a politician who would attempt to misread the Constitution and base new laws on that misreading is not entitled to even THINK about being president. He’s too stupid. (Breitbart)

Cops Kill More Blacks

Liberals like to talk about the “fact” that the cops use “more draconian policing” in black areas of town. What “Draconian” means, I’m not sure. But they DO apply more policing in areas where the most crime occurs, especially gun crime. Liberals like to talk about cops killing black men “21 times more often than white men.” Not revealed is the unalterable fact that more black men shoot at cops than do white men, and when they do, they just might get shot. Again, not mentioned is the fact that the guns the black men use in most cases are gotten ILLEGALLY, on the black market, and the anti-gun laws liberals get passed would do nothing to prevent this. Not usually mentioned any time is the fact that in almost ALL cases of a misuse of guns it is an ILLEGAL gun that is used. Anti-gun laws only apply to LEGAL gun owners, who usually are not the problem. Ignored are the users of illegal guns, who ARE. There is a disconnect here, and no amount of anti-gun laws are going to stop the bad guys from getting their guns illegally. In fact, all those laws do, beyond making easy targets of the law-abiding, is create a black market for what is made illegal. (Conservative Review)

What Should We Do?

The New Zealand Prime Minister wonders why America does nothing about gun control. Which is a stupid opinion, considering all the anti-gun laws we already have that do NOT stop the bad guys from getting their guns with which to victimize us. My question to her is, “What the hell should we DO?” Don’t criticize us for “doing nothing” about gun control without telling us what you think we SHOULD do, If you can. Criticism is easy when you don’t have to come up with some suggestions as to what to do. I notice none of the new anti-gun laws in New Zealand have been any more successful in stopping “gun crime” than have ours. Great Britain has made laws that have almost completely stopped the law-abiding from owning guns (unless they work for the government, of course) and what has been the result? The criminals still are getting their guns, while the law-abiding people obey the laws and other law breakers have started a KNIFE CRIME wave. The fact is, NO LAW will slow down, or stop “gun crime.” People who wish to use guns to commit their other crimes are not going to be bothered to obey a piddling little anti-gun law. They love it when the law-abiding obey them, so they’re not armed, and are defenseless against them. Anti-gun laws make it easier for the lawless to victimize them. So don’t criticize us for “inaction” on gun control, that is only in your imagination, when you can’t come up with any answers that are better. She says, “New Zealand had its mass shooting, and changed it’s laws.” Yeah, right! Wait a year and see if their new laws have stopped a single instance of “gun crime.” (Washington Examiner)

Desperately Pushing Gun Control

Bloomberg’s minions are running out of lies to tell you to convince you that gun control should be imposed on this country’s citizens. Now they’re saying that wanting to be armed for self defense “makes you an evil person.” Right! This is not parody. They mean it. They really believe it! They’re really getting desperate if they think we’ll buy those bulldroppings. President Trump went to speak before the NRA’s national convention in Indianapolis and liberals are INCENSED that he would so clearly show his approval of their aim to preserve the Second Amendment of the Constitution. They get angry ant time he does ANYTHING, especially when he actually tries to enforce the law as written. The NRA is a law-abiding organization supporting a constitutional right, and they can’t have that. So they whine and grouse, and complain, for all the good it does them. What the NRA does is not the only thing about which they get “incensed.” The hate it whenever there is an advancement in freedom. They think a normal citizen will become a crazed murderer of orphans and babies if they just touch a gun. Never mind they kill babies, every day at Planned Parenthood. Accusing conservatives of the very things THEY do is one of their basic scams. (Gun Free Zone)

Stupid Liberal Ideas

Every day, the liberals seem to come out with yet another stupid idea. That is never more true than in the case of gun control. Their latest on that is this: “If more people would learn how to play a guitar, there would be fewer shooting deaths.” Now Corey Booker wants to sic the IRS on the NEA. They can’t seem to stop them from ruining their unconstitutional plans any other way, so now they’re going to try and ruin them from within by finding something they can use against them in their taxes. The same ploy they want to use on President Trump. Never any new ideas, those liberals.

In Ohio, there’s a bill in their legislature to charge an individual with a felony if a minor steals their gun. Cory Booker thinks toy guns are more regulated than are real guns. And then Corey Booker (again) compares gun control to the civil rights movement. Of course, they all think the elderly can’t be trusted with a gun. I don’t think a LIBERAL should be trusted with a gun. Now they think we should ban crossbows! There are so many crossbows being used in gang shootings and robberies, and murders these days, you see. It’s a big problem.

Kamala Harris (Dumocrat presidential candidate) thinks she can criminalize gun sales with an executive order if she ever gets to be in the Oval Office (which is not likely). Never mind that the absolute RIGHT for every American to be armed is a basic constitutional right, with one entire amendment devoted specifically to it. Like most liberals, she thinks she can just run right over that with an executive order. Liberals think if you get pregnant, what’s in the mother’s body is NOT a human being, so they can murder it, at will. One liberal Dumocrat actually SAID that.

Back to guns. Liberals think the way to self defense is to disarm yourself. They actually think they can get rid of all the guns in the world, by legislation, and that the holders of illegal guns will all turn their guns in. And they think that CRIMINALS, who disobey laws for a LIVING, will somehow decide to obey their gun laws. This item started out to be just about guns, but it has taken on a life of its own, so I’d better just stop writing now, or I’ll go to my grave still listing more stupid liberal ideas. Punishing the Poor

The new New Jersey governor wants to make gun ownership too expensive for as many as possible to afford, especially the poor. Is that an “infringement” on their constitutional right to be armed? YES! Currently, a firearm identification costs $5, a permit to own a gun $2, and a permit to carry a gun costs just $20. Murphy wants to raise that to $100 for the ID, $50 to own a gun and $400 to carry. In addition, Murphy wants to slap a 10% excise tax on ammunition and a 2.5% firearms excise tax. All of which are infringements on a constitutional right. You should not have to get a license or permit to exercise a constitutional right. Nor should you have to buy a “card” that “allows” you to exercise a constitutional right. Steven Sweeny, NJ Senate President, says, “We are the ‘most progressive’ state in the nation when it comes to gun safety.” There are two things wrong with this statement. They are NOT the “most progressive. They are the most liberal. “Progressive is their word for “liberal,” used to confuse the voters that do not pay much attention to politics. And what they do has nothing to do with gun safety, and has everything to do with the power to say “no.” To own and carry a gun will soon go from $27.00 to $550.00. That’s highway robbery by the government. They’re holding people up without a gun pointed at them. (Zero Hedge)

'Not Doing Anything"

Liberals love to take us “gun nuts” to task about our legislators “doing nothing about gun control,” but in response, we have to ask, “What should we do? Tell us what we can do that will make a difference. And they can’t answer. So they just start calling us names. It’s what they always do when they can’t answer our questions. In Colorado alone, which is RUN by liberal politicians, we have just passed one of these awful “red line laws” that allow guns to b e taken from anybody just on somebody’s OPINION” that the gun owner “might” be dangerous. All schools are already “gun-free zones,” which is supposed to guarantee that no guns will ever be brought into the schools—except, of course, those brought into the schools by somebody who doesn’t give a damn about those gun-free zones and wants to kill a few children.

And, of course, they banned gun magazines that have more than a 15 round capacity so legal gun owners can me killed by holders of ILLEGAL guns while they are reloading. Now I ask liberals: what the hell more could we do beyond what we’ve already done? We’ve already passed all the useless, unenforceable, stupid anti-gun laws that not only don’t stop “gun crime,” but actually make things easier for gun criminals by disarming the law-abiding, making then defenseless against the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there? What the hell more do they want? Should we pull a rabbit out of a hat and call that gun control? That’d be as useful as what they’re doing. (Just common sense)

Just Make It Up

If the law doesn’t agree with what you’re trying to do, just misdirect the citizens by lying to them. That’s what Dumocrat presidential candidate Pete Buttface...er, Buttigieg is doing to the Second amendment, and it’s working with some of the people who think he should end up at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., in DC, because they’re ignorant, and he wants to keep them that way. He is now telling them that his anti-gun fool proposals all “are compatible” with the Second Amendment. Nothing could be further from the truth. He wants all of Bloomberg’s atrocities, plus he wants to ban completely what he calls “weapons of war” like the AR-15, because such weapons “have no business in our neighborhoods.” Why then, are there so many of them that were sold ILLEGALLY, already in our neighborhoods? When a law-abiding citizen is faced with an AR-15, he needs an AR-15 or something like it, to have “parity” with the illegal armament in the hands of the bad guys. But that’s an aside. His proposals are NOT “compatible with the Second Amendment. The Second says, “[T]he right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall NOT BE INFRINGED,” (Emphasis mine -RT) and every law he proposes IS an “infringement” on that right. (Breitbart)

Gonna Be Spotty

Updating my blogs is going to be a little spotty this next week (May 11 to May 18) because I have to go to Indianapolis to attend my brother’s funeral. He suffered a fall, and died. I don’t know if dying was the cause of the fall, or the fall was the cause of death. But I intend to find out. I hope you’ll bear with me. I’ll try to update them when I can next week.

"Congress Doesn't Care"

That’s what the anti-gun fools tell us because Congress is resisting the passage of some of their useless, unenforceable, nothing anti-gun laws. Not a single one of the laws that are already in effect do ANYTHING to limit, or stop “gun crime.” Congress knows this, and that’s why they resist passing any more of that kind of law. Laws that make life easier for the users of ILLEGAL guns, who are much more likely to use them to victimize the law-abiding than are the law-abiding. They are called “law-abiding” because they ABIDE by the law, even if they think those laws are stupid, as are all the anti-gun laws. The way to self defense is NOT to disarm yourself. Only the stupid don’t know this. The Congress, for the most part, knows this, and that’s why they resist passing more useless laws. It’s not that they “don’t care.” It is that they DO care, and they refuse to pass any more laws that only HELP the lawless to victimize unarmed, and thus defenseless law-abiding people. The anti-gun fools know this too, but they insist on getting more and more of their useless laws passed. What their purpose is, is not known. I have my suspicions. I think they know the government is going to “come for what is ours” some day, and they want them to meet as few legal guns, as possible. (Just common sense)
