Imbecilic Gun Control

I don’t know what it is that makes politicians thing the way to self defense is to make yourself as defenseless as possible. That’s what they rushed to do after the killings at a New Jersey synagogue in 2018. They rushed to make guns as hard to get as humanly possible, in the face of the threat to kill even more people with legal or ILLEGAL guns. The Pittsburgh City Council wasted no time in approving an ILLEGAL measure to disarm the citizens and make them “easy targets for people like that synagogue gunner with his illegal weapons. This inn spite of the fact that they had NO AUTHORITY to pass such a measure, since ALL LAWS must conform to the Constitution of the United states of America, or it is not a law, at all. But they don’t care about that. They’ll pass it, anyway, and enforce it until it is declared unconstitutional, and then they will pass another, slightly different measure aimed at the same goal, and enforce that until it, too, is declared unconstitutional. Then they’ll pass another one, on and on, and on and on, ad infinitum, ad absloutum. Well knowing their measure only limits the constitutional rights of their citizens to have and use the means to self protection, a gun, while doing NOTHING to stop a potential shooter from getting his guns illegally.
