Illegal Court Ruling

This can’t possibly be legal! A Connecticut court has ruled that an arms maker can be sued for the MISUSE of one of their guns! This ruling means that ANY manufacturer can be sued out of business when one of their customers misuses one of their products. This puts a “chilling effect” on ALL manufacturing, and all sales of any PRODUCTS. Manufactures will be AFRAID to make ANYTHING because it might be misused, one day. This will DESTROY the free market. Which is, I’m sure, the ultimate goal of all liberals because they favor socialism. This is a court MAKING LAW, something they have NO RIGHT to do. Ever! Making such a ruling can mean DEATH for any kind of business because anybody can be made the target of a spurious lawsuit by a disgruntled customer or a competitor and be “run out of business” by the cost. Think about it. The maker of automobiles can be sued if one of their customers dies in an accident of his own making. An appliance maker can be sued if one of his customers misuses one of his products and decides to take it out on the maker. This “opens a can of worms” I don’t think America wants, or needs. This ruling should be instantly struck down be the next higher court and, if appealed, right up to the Supreme Court, itself. Or we’re doomed. (CNBC)
