"Opposing gun Control Unpatriotic"

That’s according to Dan Rather. You know, the guy who lost his news anchor job for making up a story about then President Bush. We can really depend on anything he says, can’t we? NOT! Like most liberals, he attributes ANY opposition to his wishes as being somehow “dirty.” Unpatriotic is just the latest slander applied to people who want to keep their constitutional right to be armed for self defense. Anti-gun fools like to paint us as stupid, uneducated, and criminal, simply because we want “parity” with those millions holding ILLEGAL guns, so as to be able to defend ourselves. The Atlantic says “gun ownership is a cult,” hoping, in that fashion to “shame” those wishing to be able to defend themselves against all those illegal guns out there. They try all kinds of tricks, many of them semantic, to reduce gun ownership wishes in the eyes of more people. Meanwhile, all their highly-touted anti-gun laws do is make it easier for illegally-armed criminals to victimize the law-abiding. They have to know that, but they deny it, claiming their laws actually reduce crime, when they do NOT. They have no facts to back up their position, so they rely on lies and insults, hoping to shame people into agreeing with them. (Bearing Arms)
