The"National Association of Colored People" (NAACP) says, “Events
show the Second Amendment doesn’t apply to colored people.”
Really! People have tried, many times, to say the Second Amendment
doesn’t apply to this, or that group, but it doesn’t alter the
fact that the Constitution itself, does not mention whether or not
people can be excluded from
coverage on the basis of the color of their skin. It says, “ALL the
people.” All the people INCLUDED those whose skin is a darker
color. Yes, it has been shown that the largest
number
of shooting deaths are black men, killed by back men. That does not
mean that ALL black men should be excluded fro being armed for self
defense, under the Constitution. The decision on whether a man (or
woman) can be armed must be decided on a case-by-case basis, based on
their ACTIONS. If their actions are of a criminal nature, THEN they
should be denied the use of a gun. Of course, they will then go and
get one ILLEGALLY, but then, they are CRIMINALS, so they, by
definition, do not obey laws. So the only people who can be excluded
successfully from “bearing arms” are those who OBEY laws and they
are not usually the problem. (NAACP)
