All Guns to Be "Smart Guns?

That would be blatant a violation of the Constitution, and not even that fool, Obama, is ready for such a blatant violation as to BAN guns altogether. So why not make a “rule” that has that effect? Such a rule is the law being considered in Congress now to require ALL guns be “smart guns,” which would effectively BAN all guns that are NOT “smart guns—which are almost all of them. Then all they have to do is make another rule to make a “smart gun” impossible to get into action quick enough to do any good, and–viola! No legal guns out there. Of course, that does NOTHING to get rid of those ILLEGAL guns out there, about which they can do nothing, since illegal gun buyers don't register their guns, nor let the government know they have them. The current law under consideration just wants all guns “retrofitted” to be “smart guns,” but you can be sure one day in the future, it will be a REQUIREMENT for all new guns manufactured.
