Typical Gun Control Lie

“America leads the world in gun deaths.” There’s only one little problem. That’s a lie. We're only eleventh on that list.  Many people can’t believe that because while gun deaths worldwide are declining (something the anti-gun fools deny) mass shootings have increased. That’s because their anti-gun laws have made it easier for the law-breakers to victimize the law-abiding because they DO obey laws, while the law-breakers do NOT. that’s why we call them law-breakers. Former (whew!) President Obama once said that,"This type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries.” In that, he was wrong, as he has been in so many things. Being only eleventh on the list means that ten other countries have exceeded our number of gun deaths. Sen. Harry Reid said, “The United States is the only country where this kind of mass violence occurs.” He was wrong, too. Actually, Norway “leads the world in gun deaths.” Surprising, huh? I’d think it was Afghanistan or some other country plagued by Islamic terrorism. The funny thing about gun control is that all their efforts ONLY apply to LEGAL gun owners, ignoring the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there. (FEE)

Stupid Comparisons

They don’t have any meaningful arguments to support “gun control,” so they just demonize their opposition. So it is with the Washington Post, who recently, without any kind of proof of anything, compared gun sanctuaries to slavery. What kind of fool thinking is responsible for that, I don’t know. Nobody’s being forced to do anything in those “gun sanctuaries.” They have only been designated as such by a majority of the people who wish to maintain their right to be armed for self defense, and not DISARMED by stupid politicians, and made to be defenseless. They know that each and every anti-gun law is unconstitutional for a simple reason: The second Amendment is very simple and easy to understand if you’re not a fool. It says, “The Right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Of course the anti-gun fools try and misunderstand it because of the preceding words about am “organized militia,” which did not even exist at the time of the writing pf the Constitution, and really have no meaning, since at the time, they included ALL THE PEOPLE in any such “organized militia,” if one was to be organized. The government, at that time, was not “flush with money” as it is now, and wanted them to bring their own guns when called up. In any case, there is no real comparison with any kind of slavery in those “sanctuaries.” Those laws are unconstitutional because they “infringe” upon those rights. (Washington Examiner)

Hysterical Overreaction

That’s the only description I can think of when I think about “authorities” so afraid of anything gun” that they would charge a student with terrorism and hold him in jail without bail for WEEKS for posting a PICTURE of a gun on the Internet. A PICTURE of a gun! And they put him in jail without bail for WEEKS! And it’s not even a real gun! Just a picture! How stupid is that? Yet this is the quality of people in “authority.” They’re so frustrated that they can’t get some of their useless, unenforceable anti-gun laws approved that they overreact to a completely innocent thing like posting a picture of a gun, as if that were really terrorism. By so doing, they cheapen the very word used to describe a real danger. Meanwhile, other “authorities” give special treatment to the very Islamic terrorists that give real meaning to the name. One recent case was when one school required CHILDREN to write, “Allah is the only God.” Or allow teachers to teach about Islam in schools, while not allowing them to teach about Christianity. Meanwhile they do things like locking up a student for WEEKS because he posted a picture of a gun. How can we ever have any confidence in the intelligence of such “authorities?” Damn, the anti-gun fools are stupid! (Big League Politics)

Denying the Obvious

The anti-gun fools will never be satisfied, because their ideas just don’t work. Meanwhile, they deny the very idea that DOES work in stopping gun violence. As soon as they heard about the “average citizen” who killed a would-be mass killer before he could kill more than two of the hundreds of worshipers in that Fort Worth church, they moved to put a stop to having ANYBODY in such places who have their own guns and can stop such atrocities in their tracks. They see somebody effectively doing what they CLAIM their laws do, and they immediately move to put a stop to it. Even stupid people know that the way to self defense is NOT to make yourself defenseless. Yet they continue to ignore the effectiveness of allowing people to be armed, in self defense. Former NY Mayor Bloomberg says, “We can’t allow the average citizen to be armed.” Why the hell NOT, Mike? Who died and made you God that you should make such a stupid statement? Anti-gun laws do not work. Guns in the hands of “average citizens” DO. Which would put the anti-gun fools “out of a job,” and they don’t want that. (Just common sense)

Fighting for Ignorance

It is sheer ignorance to have a policy that precludes self defense, in any manner. This government knows it, and that’s why they maintain sufficient defenses to meet any attack. Meanwhile, that same government wants to STOP American citizens from being able to similarly defend themselves against an attack, by passing numerous anti-gun laws that not only do not do what they are said to do, but make it EASIER for law-breakers to victimize the law-abiding. Why do they do that? They have to know that their laws are not only useless to prevent gun violence, but only PROMOTE it by disarming the law-abiding so they are defenseless against the law-breakers. So what ulterior motive do they have? One of their favorite things is to assure us that “good guys with guns” never stop a single instance of “gun violence.” Again, they have to be aware that it happens all the time. On such a regular basis they have to either be stupid or have an ulterior motive for denying it. In just December last year it happened 11 times. And that’s only the times we know about. How many instances were stopped by somebody simply showing they had a gun we’ll never know because they are usually not reported. Maybe they know that “government agents” will one day come after what is ours and they want them to meet as few guns as possible in the hands of their intended victims. Illegal Cop Shop

Virginia State is creating an 18-member (just 18 members?) “special police unit” to enforce their unconstitutional “red flag” laws. They’re courting revolution. They don’t think a revolution over illegal gun control is possible, but so did King George when he tried to enforce it on the “colonies.” He got a war, that he thought would be an “easy win.” It wasn’t. That war created a better country, run by people a lot more responsible than this out-of-control king. The State of Virginia thinks by creating a special police unit they can CON into enforcing illegal, unconstitutional laws, they can violate the Constitution with impunity. They cannot. And their citizens will set them straight. They’re courting a shooting war, and they just might get it. Their attorney general, who is supposed to know the law, just made it worse when he “ruled” that those sheriffs who had pledged not to enforce those unconstitutional laws MUST enforce them, or themselves be punished. How he intends to do that without a shooting war, I don’t know. Those counties that have declared themselves “gun sanctuaries are in the MAJORITY. I hope it doesn’t happen. I hope the Virginia governor and that ignorant AG “come to their senses” and realize it’s a battle they cannot win. But I’m not holding my breath. (Washington Examiner)

How Stupid He Is!

Teenage “gun control activist” David Hogg has come out with his newest lie. He is now saying, “Minorities and non-binary people founded the gun control movement centuries ago.” Maybe he is too stupid to even know that there WERE no guns “centuries ago” so how could they “found the gun control movement?” David Hogg is too young to know ANYTHING, least of all the things he spouts about guns. He thinks, just because he jumped on his bicycle and rode to that school during a mass shooting, he’s some kind of an expert on gun control. His “handlers” work hard to convince him he is. You know. The people who PAY for all his trips to speak about gun control, using their scripts. It’s when he ad-libs that he make such major errors like this. Usually his handlers and script writers are a LITTLE more intelligent. Hogg is being USED by the gun control fools to promote their narrative. Soon his usefulness will be over and they’ll “drop him like a hot potato.” The entire concept of gun control is based on the stupid notion that first, you CAN “get rid of all guns” and that, if you do, you can stop violent crime. Remember medieval times when there were no guns? Then the law-breakers used knives and swords. Imbecile Democrat

And he wants to be president! Mike Bloomberg, top anti-gun FOOL, after a private citizen stopped a mass shooting with his legally carried gun, says “Only cops should have guns.” What illogical thinking created that stupidity, I’m not sure. One shot was fired, in the direction of the shooter, and that one shot “did for him.” Would Bloomberg rather they wait for the cops to FINALLY get there while he kills more and more people, who are cowering behind any cover they can find because they’re defenseless against him? Then there is the fact that if those seven people all started shooting, as normally happens when a bunch of cops are involved, many people could have been injured or killed by “friendly fire.” But those six people held their fire, seeing that one shot did it. As responsible people will do. Nobody. Repeat, NOBODY could have done a better job of defending these people than that one private citizen did. One shot fired, one mass shooter killed before he could kill as many innocent people as he wished. What the hell does Bloomberg think the cops could do, except to “document the scene,” count the bodies, and commiserate with the survivors—IF there are any. CNN Lies About guns

In reporting about that bar shooting in Kansas city, CNN lied to blame “lax gun laws” on the reason the killer even had a gun. They forgot to mention the fact that his having that gun was illegal. He was a felon, which bars him from owning a gun legally. So his having a gun was illegal in the first place. Which proves the LIE about “lax gin laws.” A person who wants to do ill with a gun WILL get a gun ILLEGALLY if he can’t get it legally. And that’s what he did. Which again proves my contention that ALL anti-gun laws are useless and unenforceable. The anti-gun fools aren’t listening, though. Their minds are made up, so don’t confuse them with facts. CNN recently had to pay a big judgment to one man thei lied about, so they are well known for LYING in their “reporting.” Not just about guns, but about everything. So we know we can’t depend on CNN to tell the truth, so why watch them, at all? They lie, and falsify stories to support their false narrative. They’re well-known Trump haters, and lie about him daily. Their viewership is shrinking rapidly, and I don’t expect them to last much longer. (Washington Free Beacon)

"It's Terrifying!"

As usual, they get it wrong. USA Today says, “It’s Terrifying That Churchgoers Should Protect Themselves With Guns.” No. It’s not. It’s actually terrifying that churchgoers SHOULD have to protect themselves with guns because some fool is likely to come in and kill a few of them. USA Today is like all the other anti-gun fools, in that they think banning the very existence of guns in certain places will keep the fools who just want to kill some people out. It will NOT. It will just tell those fools that these places are “soft targets,” and they are free to “come in and kill a few of us.” The way to self defense is NOT to make yourself defenseless. The way to self defense is to make yourself a HARD target that might shoot back before a shooter can kill a lot of people. But the anti-gun fools aren’t smart enough to realize that. They think if they take away all LEGAL guns, they’ll be safe from those who get their guns ILLEGALLY. The United States government knows that, which is why they continually improve our defenses. They know that, if they get rid of their defenses, some damned fool country will overrun them and “take them over,” killing a lot of people. Bloomberg Controls Mean Carnage

Former NY Mayor Bloomberg wants to take away all LEGAL guns. If his “gun control” had been in effect in Fort Worth when that fool came into that church and started killing innocent people, that brave citizen with his own gun would not have been able to instantly kill him, and there would have been a ream massacre in that church. It amazes and sickens me that the “authorities” in Fort Worth immediately “jumped up:” and tried to stop such civilians from being able to bring his gun with him to church. What kind of stupidity does it take to want to eliminate the SOLUTION to gun violence? I keep telling the anti-gun fools that their laws only make it easier for the law-breakers to victimize the law-abiding, but they’re “tone deaf” to reality, I guess. Or they would listen to this “voice of reason.” But they’re too stupid—or they have an ulterior motive in wishing to rid the world of as many guns as they can—except those in the hands of the cops or “government agents.” (Breitbart)

"Never Again!"

One of the big reasons why Hitler was able to murder 6 million Jews during his dictatorship in Germany was the fact that the Jews hated guns and refused to have them. Therefore, they were completely defenseless when Hitler’s Storm Troopers came to stuff them into railroad boxcars and send them to the gas charmers in one of the worst “hate crimes” ever perpetrated by a politician. Not so in New York City after several hate crimes against Jews in NYC. Soon even Orthodox Jews were seen “open carrying” in violation of New York laws, but very willing this time to be armed for self defense against those haters. New York will probably insist they stop carrying guns, saying the cops can defend them. But they cannot. Cops will be the first to tell you they can’t be everywhere at once, even as they try their hardest to disarm people and leave them defenseless against the haters out there. I think everybody—not just Jews-- should be allowed to have the means of self defense. "Doesn't Work With Gangs"

A New Zealand police commander tells us the obvious: “Gun control only works with the compliant.” The law-abiding. It doesn’t work with gangs, or other law-breakers. No kidding! Maybe we should import her and send her to the Virginia Legislature. They need somebody with a few brains. There obviously aren’t any there, considering the recent anti-gun laws they’ve passed. Of course, their governor isn’t much better. He promised a “violent confrontation” with the pro-gun folks at that recent pro-gun meeting. He, and his “compliant” media were sorely disappointed when nobody got shot and killed (while he hid in his office), in spite of all the guns that were there. Of course, he was quick to take credit for stopping a confrontation that wasn’t going to happen, anyway. He’s a consummate politician. A “good con man.” This NZ cop realizes what I, and many other people have been telling people for years: anti-gun laws only work on the law-abiding, who OBEY laws, even if they think they’re stupid. "Good Guy With Gun"

This is something the anti-gun FOOLS will not admit. That a “good guy with a gun” can, and does, make all the difference in the world when some damned fool shooter decides to kill a few people for some obscure “reason.” It’s not often “just another guy” becomes the subject of a political cartoon. There should be no opposition to the one linked here, but there will be, from the same anti-gun FOOLS I’m talking about. But the proof is there. A guy with a “screw loose” came into a church to kill a lot of people, and would have, except for Jack Wilson. He, a d a bunch of others, pulled their own guns instantly, as he first opened fire. Wilson’s bullet put an end to his plans, and his life. They called him a “security guard,” just as they called that woman in Colorado Springs, Colorado a “security guard.” But both were merely worshipers who “volunteered” as possible security, if needed. They are the ONLY “first responders” who can protect others. Anybody who denies that is stupid. (Gary Varvel)

Media Disappointed

They hyped a riot, and it didn’t happen. Imagine thousands of armed people showing up, and not a single shot being fired. “Black Face” Governor Northam worked very hard to create a riot that would have discredited the thousand of armed attendees, but they didn’t cooperate. Yes, they brought their guns. But nobody fired a shot. CNN even published a story labeled, “Virginia Gun Fight,” about a gun fight that happened in—Kansas City (Virginia?). Talk about fake news! Northam would have been ecstatic if somebody had been shot to death (as long as it wasn’t him, of course), just to prove his point. But it didn’t happen. “Wiser heads” prevailed. This was all a “put-up job” designed to build support for his largely unconstitutional anti-gun laws. But it didn’t work. Logic prevailed, and it only proved how responsible legal gun owners are. I seriously doubt he will survive the next election, if he isn’t recalled before that. (Red State)

These People Are Stupid!

Recently a deranged individual went into a US military base featuring UNARMED military personnel and killed a few, before some ARMED men from OUTSIDE the base came in and dealt with him. The MINUTES between the time that fool started killing innocent military personnel and the arrival of the armed men who dealt with him meant DEATH for a number of them. So what happens? They reinforce the UNARMED situation on other military bases, making them DEFENSELESS against such fools. They immediately told other military personnel they didn’t care if they got murdered. These are people who are RESPONSIBLE users of guns. They are TRAINED to be. So what earthly reason do you BAN the carrying of firearms by base personnel when you KNOW that makes them prime targets for those deranged people who want to kill a few of them for whatever deranged reason they have in mind? The action by the “powers that be” at Offut Air Base is just the OPPOSITE of that which should be taken. Base personnel should not only be ALLOWED to be armed, but REQUIRED to be armed, with weapons supplied by the military. Security should be STRENGTHENED, not weakened. Sorry About Yesterday

I had a doctor’s appointment for a breathing test that was supposed to take only about 30 minutes. But which turned into all day, with a CAT Scan, multiple tests, and me running back and forth all over the clinic (or as close to running as I do) from one office to the next. I didn’t get out of there until 7 PM. And I was “out of gas.” So I drove home and went to bed (I am 80 years old, after all).

Northam Has No Clue

He actually thinks he “saved the state” from an “emergency situation” with his “declaration of an emergency” before the big gun gathering. Fact is, the only “emergency” there was in Northam’s head. Any emergency there was in that meeting, he CREATED. It’s in his imagination. Yes, a lot of people would like to shoot him. But they’re mostly responsible people, so he won’t be “dodging bullets” any time soon. But I can’t guarantee anything if he is able to actually take guns away from people in violation of the law and the Constitution. Which is exactly what he plans on doing. He’s going to “regulate” guns (the legal ones) out of existence in his state, in violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution, to which ALL LAWS must conform, and which none of his do. If he manages to do that, I GUARANTEE he will be facing an “insurrection.” People don’t take kindly to a clueless governor who attempts to make them defenseless in the face of the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there. He’s taking credit for the fact the meeting came off without incident, giving the attendees and their responsible actions no credit, at all. Talk about stupid! He actually thinks he’s “listening to the voices of Virginians” when his every action is in OPPOSITION to those voices. (Breitbart)

"Most Mass Slayings!"

California, with its very tight anti-gun laws, is the state which has had the MOST mass killings in the country in 2019. That should tell the anti-gun fools something, but it won’t. They look at studies like that which came out from Johns Hopkins that show NO EFFECT on gun crime for their highly touted background check laws and ignore the truth, making excuses for the stats that don’t include the reality that background checks, like all their other anti-gun laws, just don’t work. The biggest reason gun crime is so rampant IS their anti-gun laws, which only serve to give law-breakers an easier life because it keeps their intended targets defenseless against their ILLEGAL guns. Previously, I have been confounded by their complete ignorance of the fact than NONE of their laws work as intended. Then I look at the real result of their laws—defenseless law-abiding people who do obey them, and I see that’s what they really want. A defenseless population they can push around at will. "Crying In His Beer"

Virginia Governor Northam is frightened out of his panties at the imaginary possibility of violence upon himself during the upcoming “Lobbying Day” event that is expected to see 130,000 attendees, most them people who want to keep their constitutional RIGHT to “keep and bear arms,” something GUARANTEED in the Constitution, a document to which ALL LAWS must conform. But others are prepared to CREATE violence, not necessarily upon the governor, but so as to discredit the pro-gun folks. They are planning on sending in “agent provocateurs” to cause trouble and create violence. ANTIFA will probably be there, in force. That’s what that Dumocrat-created bunch does. And there will be many there with cameras, to record any violence that occurs, and play it up for all it’s worth. This is how politicians work. Especially Dumocrat politicians. But I’d bet Northam will be cowering in his office’s “safety room” while all this goes on. He knows he’s creating something that a MAJORITY of Virginians hate, and he thinks just because most of them have guns, they will use them on him. But that won’t happen unless HE has his “special police” try and confiscate their guns, which is against the law. (Washington Examiner)

Background Check Has No Effect

One of the most popular measures loved by anti-gun fools is the background check. And it is the LEAST effective. In California, where background checks are “the norm” when buying a gun, they had NO EFFECT on the number of gun deaths, according to a recent study. And researchers are “puzzled” at why. Can these people be that stupid? I’m just an old man at his computer and I can easily figure out why. Law-breakers do not OBEY laws, and do not stand for a background check when they get their guns illegally. And it is the law-breakers who are the problem, not the law-abiding, who DO stand for background checks when they buy their guns LEGALLY. There’s no real reason for such laws, except to give the politicians something to brag about at today’s cocktail party. Of course, they have a ready excuse for their “surprising findings.” “Incomplete data and flawed criminal record reporting” are responsible, of course. Naturally they discount the whole idea that criminals don’t obey laws. And, of course, this study got little media notice because it did not fit their preconceived notions. (FEE)

Stupid Response

What was the “instinctive response” to that civilian killing a would-be mass killer in that Fort Worth church? Why to stop that civilian from ever being able to save any lives in the future, so the next would-be mass killer would be successful because that civilian would be unarmed, and thus defenseless. That seems to be the “knee-jerk reaction” everywhere. When somebody stops a shooter (who usually is armed with an illegal gun) from killing a bunch of people, the “powers that be” quickly move to make it impossible for that hero to be able to stop any shootings in the future. What the hell they’re thinking, I can’t fathom. Walmart recently announced a ban on open carry in their stores, even where open carry is legal. Making their shoppers vulnerable to anybody who wants to hurt them, So in addition to gunmen who come in and shoot up their stores and rob people on their property, one woman came in and began shopping—for the ingredients to make a bomb. But thanks to a sharp-eyed security guard, she was stopped just before she lit a fuse (made from a shoelace she got from Walmart’s inventory). This illustrates a simple fact I have been talking about for a long time. If someone wants to do evil, they will find a way. And to remove all obstacles in their way is abysmally stupid. But that response seems to be the usual one. I hope we all survive such stupidity. I have tried to stop going to places like Walmart and Target, and others where guns are prohibited, but the practice has become so widespread, it’s impossible to stay away from stores with such stupid polities. He's Wrong, But He's Biden

So stupid lawmakers listen to him as he displays his own stupidity. He’s now criticizing the Texas governor for signing a law allowing church-goers to be armed in church. This only hours after armed church-goers shot and killed a would-be mass shooter in a church, after he had killed only one person, and before he could kill a bunch more. He calls that governor’s decision “irrational.” But the real irrationality is being displayed by Biden and his fellow anti-gun FOOLS. I just can’t understand people like Biden. A man who aspires to be president, and is too stupid to understand that anti-gun laws do not work, while allowing the law-abiding to be armed for self defense DOES. Like other anti-gun fools, he has a “blind spot” against allowing responsible individuals to defend themselves against the irresponsible people who use their ILLEGAL guns to victimize them. Keeping guns out of the hands of the law-abiding is one of the stupidest things there is, and something a presidential candidate should be smart enough to avoid. But not Joe Biden. "State of Emergency"

The governor of Virginia has declared a “state of emergency” and banned guns from the capitol building and grounds. He thinks that, because of the upcoming VCDL Lobby Day will draw many “gun enthusiasts” to the capitol, he’s afraid they will bring their guns and shoot the place up. Of course, if anybody had that intention, a ban on guns would have absolutely no effect. If someone is considering the very serious crime of shooting up the capitol, he isn’t going to be concerned about a silly little rule that bans guns from the capitol. He decided on this ban (which he thinks will work) after being told of inflammatory posts on social media sites from out of state. He’s afraid of a repeat of the Charlottesville event, where a woman was killed by a fool with a CAR, not one of the many guns that were there. They don’t say if the ban extends to the cops, but I’d bet it doesn’t. Politicians always want to ban guns for everybody else, but not for their own protectors. (Truth About Guns)

Another Church Shooting

It’s not unique. It happens all then time, and nobody (except the victims) is surprised. Today, there were THREE church attacks. Two on Jews, one on Christians (so far). The one in Texas was stopped by an armed security guard before he could kill any more people. Which again proves my thesis that the BEST defense is an armed resistance. There is no telling how many more people would have died in Fort Worth if that security guard had not been there—and been armed. In New York City, the weapon was a knife, which will not dissuade anti-gun fools from clamoring for more and tighter gun laws, while KNOWING they do NOTHING to stop such killings. New York authorities talk a big game as they “condemn” such things. Meanwhile, their laws tend to make things worse because they “coddle” the criminals who do such things. In one case where a Haddisic Jew was beaten almost to death, the perp was released the same day. That’s just wrong. (NBCDFW)

Running for Dictator

That seems to be what the Dumocrats think they’re doing, whenever one of them comes up with yet another stupid promise. The things they promise are mostly unconstitutional, but they plan to push forward on them, anyway. The all are saying they’re going to take away your guns, despite the fact that the Second Amendment to the Constitution prohibits it. They plan to do it, anyway. They talk about “national gun buybacks,” but don’t tell you that they never pay the real market value of the guns. They set the price paid, and it’s always a lot lower than the actual value of the guns they force you to “sell” to them (allow them to steal). They offer “universal health care,” even though there isn’t enough money in the world to pay for that. Yes, they can “print money” with nothing behind it, but this inevitably creates inflation, which makes the money in existence worth less. It’s a way to tax you without having to tax you. Then they want to take over paying for a college education for everybody, which uses up even more money. They’re going to BAN everything they can think of, including things that involve personal property. And they’re going to make people capable and willing to EARN their own way pay for all this. They certainly aren’t going to be paying for all this largess. They think the presidency involves total power when it is a Dumocrat wielding it, but they question that power when it is a Republican wielding it. They spend $100 million dollars to get a job that only pays $200,000.00 a year. Where’s the logic in that? Oh. As usual, it’s not THEIR money, it’s yours. So they spend it like they stole it. Revolution Coming?

Way back then, King George found out that you don’t mess with our right to be armed for self defense. His efforts at gun control in “The Colonies” cost him a country. He tried to take the colonist’s guns away and they “whupped him.” He thought they couldn’t win because he was strong, and they were not. But they did. The state of Virginia is in a similar position, right now. Their AG is insisting that, since the “Red flag Laws” were made, we MUST “knuckle under” and allow the state to “take their guns” at will. The “gun rights” movement has been accepted by 114 counties, where they have pledged NOT to enforce that law, since it is unconstitutional. That should tell the despots in their legislature and the governor’s office something. But it does not. Can a revolution be far in the future? I don’t know. But if they persist in their efforts, how can it NOT come to armed resistance? And if it does, they have my personal full support. The revolt might not be successful, but many will die in defense of our Second Amendment right to be armed. (Washington Examiner)

These People Are Stupid!

What is the logical thing to do when threatened by an “outlaw?” Get a gun and be ready to oppose him in the only way he understands: equal opposition to his threat. But in reality, when a Dumocrat sees someone doing that, he/she wants to take away that gun and make him defenseless against the threat, while doing nothing about the threat. That became obvious when, after an “average citizen” with a legal gun killed a would-be mass killer in that church in Fort Worth, Texas, lawmakers rushed to make a law preventing him from being able to bring his gun into that church in the future. On a national scale, when President Trump surprisingly killed a rabid terrorist pretending to be a general in Iraq, who had murdered hundreds of innocent Americans among others, Nancy Peelosi and other Dumocrats rushed to make that impossible, too. It’s obvious they want to eliminate the very idea of self defense. Anti-gun laws are just a means to that end, for them. They will not be happy until they have destroyed the very concept of self defense. What they plan to do when attacked then, is beyond my comprehension. (Just common sense)

Gun Sales Up, Crime down

Anti-gun fool hate it. They NEED crime to stay up as gun sales increase. They NEED more and better mass shootings. That’s what they use to promote their efforts to eliminate self defense for the law-abiding. I’ve come to believe that the anti-gun fools WANT high numbers of gun deaths. Being anti-gun is their “bread and butter.” It’s how they make their lucrative livings. The boss at MOMS Against Guns (or something like that) claims she doesn’t get a salary for her efforts. Do you believe that? How does she then pay the bills? Maybe she doesn’t get a salary “on the books,” but she has to be getting steady money from somewhere. But the figures show that what it takes to reduce crime is for more law-abiding people to be able ton have their own guns with which to defend themselves. But they won’t hear of it. They want to keep up their useless efforts to ban guns, period. They “know better than we do.” Never mind their methods don’t work, and ours do. You don’t make yourself defenseless in order to defend yourself. We know that. They don’t. (PanAm Post)

Not Just to Militia

Anti-gun fools try to convince us that the founders only meant to guarantee gun rights to “members of an organized militia,” so they can be free to deny them to everybody else. NOT SO. The wording is clear: “the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” NOT “The right of militia members...” At the time of the writing of the Constitution, there was no such thing as an “organized militia” in existence, and the government considered ALL THE PEOPLE to be a “militia,” subject to being “called up” when needed, and they wanted them to bring their own guns with them, since they were not “flush with money” as they are, today. To attempt to limit gun ownership to an imaginary “organized militia” is really stupid. But that has never stopped the anti-gun fools before, and it won’t, in the future. They will cling tenaciously to that faulty belief, forever. The fact is, the Constitution guarantees ALL PEOPLE the right to self defense, and to own and keep the means to that end, a gun. That’s a fact. Not subject to debate. Yet they continue to deny it, and operate as if the Constitution did not exist. (Mercury News)

The AG Lies

Attorneys General are supposed to be the pre-eminent authority on what is, or is not lawful in their state. I remember, years ago, when I started selling tear gas guns for self defense, asking the Indiana AG for a “ruling” on their legality, and got one. The most recent “ruling” by the Virginia AG is a LIE. He should be ashamed of himself. Yes, their “red flag laws” ARE laws. At least, as far as he is concerned. One little problem. If a law does not conform to the Constitution, it is NOT A LAW. It is as if it did not exist. And as such, you are not forced to obey it. Yes, the legislature passed it, and the governor signed it, both knowing it was unconstitutional, hoping to enforce it until one day, long in the future, the Supreme Court got around to so declaring it. Long after the damage has been done to innocent people. In New York State, the governor is increasing the prison financing, knowing he’s going to illegally send people to prison for having LEGAL guns. Virginia will have to do that’ too. Because they are not going to be able to afford all the innocent people they send to prison with their unconstitutional law without a lot more money in the prison budget. (Town Hall)

Irrational Response

Recently, a gunman started out on a shooting spree in a Fort Worth church. He thought he had it all his own way as he opened fire on the congregation. But he didn’t reckon on an armed worshiper, who instantly put a stop to his plans by killing him with one controlled shot, seconds after he opened fire. That one shot, from an “average citizen,” stopped what could have been yet another massacre. So the local “officials” moved quickly to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Not the would-be killer, but the defense to that killer, by banning legal guns in churches, state-wide. How irrational is that? Making people defenseless against law-breakers with their illegally-owned guns is absolutely irrational. But that seems to be the “knee-jerk” reaction by the anti-gun fools. Which is why I call them fools. Making people defenseless is NOT the way to self defense. Allowing them their own guns to use in self defense IS. But those self-same anti-gun fools, who CLAIM to be “experts,” won’t hear of it, while many people DIE because of their silly notions. You can’t pry them loose from their idiocies, no matter how much you try. And they worm their way into positions where that can make such laws, or influence the making of such laws, while people die of their stupidity. (Gun Watch)

Banning Self Defense

I don’t know why they don’t just ban self defense, and be done with it. Everything the anti-gun fools do stops ONLY innocent, law-abiding people from being able to defend themselves against the law-breakers who just IGNORE their many laws and get their guns illegally. Then they go out and shoot them with their illegal guns. I just don’t understand a society that abhors self defense. But, to be honest, it’s only the politicians (mostly Dumocrats) who are always responsible for all those silly anti-gun laws. Show me a politician who makes anti-gun laws, and, Republican or Dumocrat, I’ll show you a wannabe despot. It’s the only real reason I can see for them to do everything they can to eliminate self defense. They want to come and take what isn’t theirs, and they don’t want to get shot when they try it. Every time someone fires a gun in anger (and sometimes not in anger), anti-gun fools jump up and demand more laws that keep the law-abiding from being able to defend themselves. And gutless politicians jump up and make more stupid laws to help. Their laws never stop a single instance of “gun crime.” If you tell them that, they immediately start calling you names, accusing you of wanting people to get killed, when that’s what THEY want. 2nd Amendment NOT Outdated

There are many among anti-gun fools who think the Second Amendment is an “anachronism and outdated.” They say things are different today, and such an amendment is no longer needed. They’re WRONG. Yes, things are different. The government, which was not “flush with money” like they are today thought of ALL THE PEOPLE as being subject to “call up” into an “organized militia” if needed, and they wanted them to bring their own guns. But the basic reason for that amendment is self defense. Intelligent people know that the way to self defense is NOT to make yourself defenseless and beg an aggressor not to kill you. If you do, they WILL kill you.

But you can’t tell the anti-gun fools that. They are BLIND to reason and logic. Some of them deny the very existence of reason and logic. The important thing to note is that the Second Amendment is NOT about guns, per se. It is about SELF DEFENSE. The Founders wanted to guarantee Americans the right to self defense, by whatever means, including arms. Even from the government, itself, if necessary. That has not changed, even though, as one ignorant congressman noted, “the government has nukes” to use on you. But there are still situations where having a gun can stop a government agency from violating the rights of an individual, as one rancher recently proved. There is also the fact of the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there to be defended against. (Just common sense)

Change the Constitution?

Many liberals have talked about changing the Constitution to better allow them to usurp our rights. They want to change, or eliminate the First, and the Second Amendments. Some want to change other tenets, but these are the major ones. These Amendments need to remain the same. To amend, or eliminate them would allow a despot to “take over” and do as he/she pleases with us. What I propose is a change to eliminate one of the serious mistakes the Founders made when they wrote it. What my suggested change does is apply a PENALTY to legislatures and legislatures, at whatever level, if they make, or even TRY to make changes and pass laws that do not conform to the Constitution. The Founders thought it would be sufficient to embarrass them by reversing those laws that are unconstitutional. That’s not enough. There needs to be a PENALTY for even attempting to pass a law that does not conform to the Constitution.

Legislatures regularly pass such laws, and enforce them until the Supreme Court finally gets around to declaring them unconstitutional. Another change would allow people to challenge laws without having to spend a bunch of money so that this gap could be reduced. Currently, the only way the Supreme Court can get involved is after a suit has been filed, and has run through the lower courts. There needs to be a more direct path so that unconstitutional laws cannot ruin lives before being so declared. One such law is the RICO Laws, which are unconstitutional on their face. They are designed to deprive people with a lot of money of their rights, and trample on other’s rights to accomplish it. They have never been successfully challenged, and they need to be. The State of Virginia is planning an unconstitutional gun grab, and adding such a punishment might just inhibit such actions. (Virginia Mercury)
