Another Scam Struck Down

Eric Holder had many scams and schemes devoted to disarming the populace of the United States so he, and his cohorts (including Obama) could do as they wish with us without fear of meeting a gun and a bullet in the process. This is another one struck down. In this one, they tried to make it illegal to buy a gun outside the state of residence. . That was patently unconstitutional, and the court recognized that. Holder is sorry he wasn't able to “make guns illegal” during his stint as AG. Of course, it's not his JOB to MAKE laws. It was his job to ENFORCE them, and he SELECTED the ones he would enforce. Judge O'Connor said in the decision: "The Court finds that the federal interstate handgun transfer ban burdens conduct that falls within the scope of the Second Amendment."
