One of the “increases” was caused by the FBI changing its designation of a “mass shooting” from one with four or more victims, to that with THREE or more victims, GUARANTEEING higher numbers. This report, from a reliable pro-gun expert, tells us that anti-gun outfits, having no REAL data to support their contentions, regularly “make it up.” You just can’t depend on their figures; ever.
