Got my cataract on the right side removed, and it was
pronounced fine. Gotta do it all over again next week on the other
side. It was easier than I anticipated. I just went to sleep, and
when I woke up it was done. After that, the hardest part was the eye
patch I had to wear until the next day, and the eye drops four times
a day for two weeks. Bother.
Then another month for the heart catheterization. Busy time.
This blog is about the efforts of anti-gun fanatics in the U. S. and local Governments to disarm the American people and steps we can take for self-defense without guns. If you have a story about someone successfully defending him/herself without a gun, but with or without a stun gun or pepper/tear gas spray, send it to raythomas101@yahoo.com/. If you have a URL to a news story about it, send it along. But it's not necessary.
Anti-Gun Ignorance
The whole idea that a criminal, whose entire life is devoted to breaking the law, will obey a law that says he can't be armed, is ignorance.

Why This Blog?
I've been aghast at some of the things the "anti-gun freaks" do to keep honest citizens disarmed while criminals have no problem getting guns because they don't obey laws. I know many ways for self-defense that do not require guns. Some of those involve carrying and using disguised stun guns and pepper sprays. These non-gun defensive weapons can cause the bad guys to get a BIG surprise when they attack us. This blog will cover this, as well as the things the "anti-gun freaks" in our GOVERNMENT do to disarm honest citizens.
