That’s what the L. A. Times says about Kansas’ new law
strengthening the Second Amendment in their state. But you can expect that kind
of a illogical response from Californians, They’re “ANTI-gun crazy.” They say: “The concept would
be laughable if there weren't so many people taking it seriously. The idea is
that states have the right under the 10th Amendment to unilaterally reject
federal laws on issues not expressly reserved for the federal government in the
Constitution. It's an old idea — it had a lot of currency among segregationists
during the Civil Rights era — and has been debunked by the Supreme Court.” (LA
Times) But not in this case; the point is, states have the right to regulate
guns THEMSELVES and don’t have to obey federal laws on guns that don’t cross
state lines. Defending the Second Amendment IS “crazy” to anti-gun fools, which
abound in California. (LA Times)
