More Anti-Gun Hysteria

The anti-gun fools are losing their marbles. A 12-year-old boy from Colorado Springs, Colorado was suspended from school because of “threatening gestures” made during his online “Zoom Class.” What did he do? He briefly held up a neon green gun with the words “Zombie Hunter” on it during the class. It was just a toy gun. The kind you get your kid for Christmas. It could not hurt anybody, nor could he with it. He picked it up and moved it out of the way. But the “School authorities, in their infinite wisdom, got their panties in a twist and suspended him, then called the cops. Making a mountain out of a molehill and creating a hard time for everybody—and for nothing. But this is what anti-gun fools do. Take advantage of anything having to do with a gun—real or toy—and makg trouble for everybody, This is s fool move on their part, but they defend it with fervor. They just don’t understand how stupid this makes them look. I bet the cops they called got a good laugh out of it. I know I did. While on Internet-based class, he picked the toy gun up and moved it out of the way, and that’s all it took to “trigger” school “authorities” into into accusing him of “making threatening gestures.” That interrupted his schooling and that of the rest of the class. But that is what anti-gun fools DO. (Just common sense)

 

Nazi Gun Control

The City of New York is following the pattern established by the German Nazi Party on how to control a population of people. On November 27, 2013 the website The Truth About Guns published a letter that NYC is sending to gun owners who have newly created “illegal” firearms and ammunition. (NY City Code – Section 10-306 states,) "No person may possess an ammunition feeding device which is designed for use in a rifle or shotgun and which is capable of holding more than five rounds of rifle or shotgun ammunition," The letter, dated November 18, 2013, gives the recipient three options to dispose of their 'illegal' weapons." [Weapons that have just been made ILLEGAL. -RT] The first option is to turn your guns over to the cops. If you don't, the cops will come to you later to confiscate (steal) them. Will New Yorkers go the way of the Germans did when the Nazi Weimar government made a similar law? (AmmoLand)

Biden Is Deluded

Not only is he not fit to be president, he is deluded, too. He thinks the Second Amendment, which was made specifically to guarantee us the right to be armed for self defense, does not protect an individual right. There can be no more of an individual right than that of self defense, and to own and use the means to that end, a gun. Where he gets it that this is not an “individual right” is a mystery, only known in his fevered mind. Biden is “setting the stage” for the firearms banning he aims to do if he manages to get eleted, which is a far reach, since he is mostly afraid to come out of his basement to campaign against a powerhouse like Donald Trump. He is so addled that he can’t string two coherent sentences together, yet he thinks the electorate will ignore all that and still elect him to the highest office IN the land, Dumbocrats have pinned their hopes on this feeble-minded husk of what used to be a strong politician. But that is no more. He is in the last throes of his life, and needs to go somewhere and rest, instead of being pushed into the presidency, which will kill him sooner. "Stop Teaching History!"

That’s what at least one liberal thinks we should do. Oh, Michelle Obama thinks so, too. Mostly because they’re so ashamed of the things they have done that have made things so much worse than they had to be, and they don’t want us to know about them so we will make the same mistakes that have allowed them to run most major cities into the ground. Mistakes like New York electing DiBlaso as mayor and Chicago electing Lightbrain as their mayor. The liberal “leadership” in these, and many other cities have paved the way for bankruptcy, rising crime rates and rising murder rates. It can all be traced back to incompetent “rulings” by liberal mayors and other ranking liberal members of their administrations. Rulings against the LEGAL ownership of guns by honest, law-abiding people, while the “gun crime problem” is almost completely caused by holders of ILLEGAL guns. Thinking that they could eliminate crime if they could just get rid of all the legally-owned guns out there. They just aren’t smart enough to realize that taking guns away from the law-abiding only makes them “easy targets” fo those with ILLEGAL guns. They want to keep us from knowing about all their other bad decisions, too. Like not backing their police as a group when one “bad apple” overdoes it and therefore making it more difficult for them to enforce the law by calling for de-funding the police or doing away with them altogether. Those who do not remember the past will continue to make the same mistakes, and that’s what they hope for. (Just common sense)

Well, It Happened

I was pretty “out of it” for a couple of days last week, and it was decided to put me in “Hospice Care.” Which means there will be a team of nurses, doctors, and other medical personnel in close contact with me 24 hours a day, not to try and cure me of anything—they’ve given up on that. Now they’re mostly interested in “keeping me comfortable, which means mostly pain-free, I guess. It also gives me better access to my medicines, since part of it is “clearing the decks” for me to get some medicines they didn’t want to prescribe before. The best part of it is they come to me. I no longer have to go to doctor’s offices to get help of I need it. They have regular visits by nurses and other medical professionals to monitor me and when those people talk, people listen. I still have a clear, sharp mind, and I intend to use it for as long as I can. I’ll keep these blogs going as long as I can, but don’t be surprised if the posting is sometimes “spotty,” depending on how well I feel on any given day. I'll have good days and bad days, and that will affect it.

Big Anti-Gun Lie

The anti-gun fools are fond of saying (without any proof) that a majority of Americans favor gun control. But what IS the gun control they favor? If the number of new gun owners (the legal kind) is any indication, to them, “gun control” is “hitting your target.” What the owners of ILLEGAL guns need to do is meet more and more legal guns in the hands of their intended victims. That will help in two ways. It will create a “chilling effect” on criminals using their illegal guns to victimize innocent people for fear of getting shot; or “reducing gun crime,” one criminal at a time, as legal gun owners kill illegal gun owners when they try to victimize them. But the anti-gun fools will not even entertain that as a solution to “gun crime.” They think taking (legal) guns out of the picture will do the trick, and it will NOT. There is not a single law limiting or “controlling” the LEGAL guns that will do ANYTHING to limit or control ILLEGAL guns. They have to know this, but they continue to make them, anyway. They have a “futile mission” as long as they think that way, but unfortunately they have just enough support that they have enough money to harass legal gun owners, while ignoring the scourge of ILLEGAL gun owners. It amazes me that there are people who take these fools seriously. (Just common sense)

Anti-Gun Laws Unconstitutional

What do we need to do to “wise up” our incompetent politicians? Laws to restrict gun ownership for honest American citizens are not only unconstitutional, they are ILLOGICAL. Criminals, who obey NO laws, are expected to look at their new laws and say, “I can’t be armed, I’d be breaking the law!” How STUPID is THAT? But they persevere. Every time a mentally disturbed person goes out and shoots up a school or some other place where innocent people congregate, they hasten to make more “gun safety laws” that don’t work and cannot be enforced because they are unconstitutional. The Supreme Court itself said,” Laws that do not conform to the constitution are invalid and of no value and cannot be enforced.” Yet they keep making them and trying to enforce them. IN Colorado, a sheriff is working hard to overturn those illegal gun laws, and I hope he keeps going. They accuse him of not upholding his oath to support the Constitution, but it is THEY who are not doing so. (Aspen Daily News)

Where I've Been

If you’re a regular reader Of This Blog, You’ve probably Wondered Where I’ve Been The Last Few Days. I’ve been in the hospital for the last more than a week, and was released on Monday. I was so exhausted Monday and Tuesday after getting home I just couldn’t update. So it’s back to business today—until I can no longer do it. Which might come sooner than you think.

Misuse of the Law

The liberal prosecutors who charged Kyle Rittenhouse with murder for defending himself from deadly rioters bent on killing him for trying to defend a private business they wanted to destroy are committing a crime by doing so. They are ignoring facts that proved Rittenhouse killed those two thugs and wounded another IN SELF DEFENSE. They refuse to recognize the deadly threat he was under. This is what anti-gun fools want. They’re not really interested in “getting rid of guns,” as they say, they want to get rid of the concept of self defense, altogether. What they would do if they, themselves came under attack is a mystery if they succeed. But in charging Rittenhouse with murder they have revealed themselves. Not as “anti-gun,” but as “anti-self defense.” Maybe they plan on limiting the right to self defense to themselves. That’s the sort of thing liberals do: deny others a right, while reserving it for themselves. The evidence of that is there, all over the spectrum. Anti-gun politicians who run around behind a bunch of gun-wielding “security men” while working to deny us the right to our own defense. Self defense is not a “statutory right.” It’s a basic human right. One noted anti-gun fool senator (Feinstein) even carries her own gun to use if her “security team” are not enough to protect her. She doesn’t even care if you know this. She just doesn’t care about you. You voted her into office and that’s all she wanted you for. You’re discardable. So now they’re going to ruin the life of a young man by sending him to prison for his entire life, based on false assumptions. That’s criminal. (Just common sense)

Joe Says, "They Don't Care"

“Joe the Plumber,” who shot to fame after confronting Obama during his election campaign and conned an admission out of him that he wanted to “spread the wealth” (meaning to steal from the producer and give to the non-producer) now has his own web site, and he has found that, even though it is now a proven fact that “more guns mean less crime” the liberals don’t care. They just want to control you and your having the right to have a gun is an impediment to that. Some people might be surprised at that, but I’m not. I’ve known it all along and have been saying so. "Inaction on Gun Control"

Recently, Connecticut Senator Blumenthal said, “I’m furious at the inaction on gun control,” as if there were ANY laws that could be passed that would Do ANYTHING to limit, or stop “gun crime,” in any way. I would ask Senator Blumenthall what he would suggest that would actually WORK the way it is touted to work. If he is honest, he doesn’t have the “foggiest notion” as to what laws can be passed that will actually work. He’s just “making words.” Truth is, not a single anti-gun law now on the books has done ANYTHING to reduce gun crime. That cannot be honestly denied. Yet fools like Blumenthal insist on more of them being made. All they do is disarm the people who become the victims of criminals who use ILLEGAL guns to victimize them. If anybody COULD actually come up with a law that would actually WORK, I’d be right there with them. I don’t like “gun crime” any more than anybody else. But such a law does not exist, so Blumenthal is “blowing in the wind” to make himself look good to other anti-gun fools. (Just common sense)

Vets Denied Guns

Wounded vets denied the right to have guns because they are wounded while using guns in the defense of our freedom (or some politician’s idea of it). The government “scooped them up,” gave them guns, and sent them out to kill what the government considered “our enemies.” So they did it. And some didn’t come back. Others came back wounded, physically and mentally. So now they are denied the use of guns in their OWN defense because of it. And it is the REPUBLICANS who denied them. The Democrats, surprisingly, voted yes. They are denied because they cannot handle their FINANCIAL affairs after their ordeal. (Biz-Pac Review)

Phony Issues

Dumbocrats work hard to keep your attention off the bad things they’re doing to you by pushing the phony issues out there. One phony issue is “global warming/climate change.” Yes, it does exist. It has always existed, and WILL always exist, no matter how much money they con out of you to “fight it.” Climate change is CYCLICAL. The climate warms. The climate cools off. It’s nature, and no amount of money spent will change that. Another phony issue is gun control. Yes, people shooting people is a problem. But eliminating LEGAL guns is not the answer. Neither is eliminating ILLEGAL guns, if they could. But they can’t They have to eliminate the PEOPLE who illegally USE those guns for evil. Guns, like fore, can be used for good, or evil. But you can’t eliminate the evil in illegal guns by eliminating legal guns. Eliminating legal guns merely makes honest, law-abiding people defenseless against the millions of illegal guns already out there. It only gets people killed. My contention is that the anti-gun fools only do it because there is a fiscal advantage to conning you into supporting the impossibility of gun control, And then there’s the POWER to tell you what you can, and cannot do while keeping your attention off the bad things they are doing to you. Really Stupid Regulations

The military is not allowed to be armed on military bases. Even if they have a “carry permit.” They should NOT be defenseless when some fool who doesn’t believe in obeying laws comes onto their base and kills a few (or many) of them. This is not only deadly for those killed, but very embarrassing for those survivors, who are basically responsible for protecting us—but can’t even protect themselves because of ignorant rules and regulations. The very idea that the very presence of guns causes “gun crime” is stupid. And to refuse to allow the potential victims to be armed, and able to defend themselves is even more stupid. But the anti-gun fools have convinced way too many people that their way is the way to go, even though that way has PROVEN not to work, in any way, and has been responsible for many deaths. You can NOT defend yourself against an ILLEGALLY-armed criminal by throwing away your own guns! The anti-gun fools just cannot, or WILL not. Understand that, as they go about disarming as many honest people as possible, leaving the field open to the law-breakers who want to victimize us. FOID Card Unconstitutional

In the State if Illinois they have the FOID card. Which is the government’s “permission” for you to own a firearm. It is a law that “infringes” upon Illinois residents’ right to bear arms. The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States (the law of the land) clearly states: “[T]he right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” A free person does not ask PERMISSION to exercise a constitutional right. They attached a reference to a “well-regulated militia,” which included ALL THE PEOPLE because they thought they might have to call them up in the event of war and, not being as “flush with money” as they now are, expected them to bring their own guns. But there was NO such “organized militia” in existence at the time, as there is now. The very existence of the FOID Card is an insult to a free American. And, if the judiciary was honest, it could never be enforced in a proper court of law because of its unconstitutionality. Each and every anti-gun fool law now on the books is unconstitutional because it “infringes” upon that right. Every one of them. (Just common sense)

Are These People Insane?

In Charlottesville, Virginia, the police chief has previously called for the banning of all guns—in spite of the Constitutional Amendment that prohibits it. How do we get this kind of stupid people in positions of authority, so they can wish their stupid ideas on the rest of us? And this bimbo is not even elected! She’s an APPOINTED police chief who obviously had no business being in such a position. Now she’s demanding the removal of a police car” because it’s too scary.” It might frighten the crooks. Some people hate this particular car because it is the same model used in a well-known murder recently and they were “triggered” by it. And they can’t even get the name of the model right. This is a “Challenger,” not a “Charger.” People like this, with such stupid ideas, should be removed, immediately. Such opinions by a person in a position of authority are not “freedom of thought or speech,” and removing them from office because of them is legal and proper, before they can do some real damage—if they haven’t, already. Banning (Only) Legal Guns

What the hell are they THINKING? When faced with the danger from a criminal with his ILLEGAL gun, you don’t take away a LEGAL gun. But that’s what those stupid anti-gun fools DO. Whenever somebody uses an ILLEGAL gun to victimize others, they “come out of the woodwork” and insist on making more and more useless, unenforceable anti-(legal) gun laws that do nothing except make honest, law-abiding people defenseless against the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there. And when somebody legally carrying a gun stops a mass shooting, such as happened in a Texas church not too long ago, they immediately try and make that never happens again by banning that hero’s LEGAL gun. It’s like they WANT people to die at the hands of ILLEGAL gun users. I just don’t understand these fools. They have to know that none of their laws work the way they say they will, but they insist on making even more of them, while innocent people die from their ignorance. Lightfoot's Afraid

Chicago Mayor Lightbrain is frightened of the “demonstrators” who are running rampant in Chicago, so she has assigned 100 cops to sit on their thumbs outside her house to protect her. She can do that, you know. She’s the mayor. You can’t. You’re not a highly paid politician running a town into the ground like she is. You aren’t allowed to have guns to use in defending yourself, like she is (all her cops are armed). She doesn’t see the contradiction in that—or if she does, she ignores it, in her zeal to self protection. I’ve always wondered about those anti-gun politicians who run around behind a bunch of ARMED “security” while denying us even the right to have our own guns for “security.” It’s such a “normal thing” for anti-gun politicians to be protected by guns that they don’t even think about that contradiction, and you’d BETTER not mention it, or they “put you down” s a “sour apple.” You’re not allowed to complain about their use of ARMED security while you are not allowed to be armed in self defense against the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there in the hands of criminals, crazies, and Islamic terrorists. Guns for Self Defense

The anti-gun crowd like to “play down” the number of times people use legally-owned guns in self-defense. But the map shown in this CATO article belies that. Anti-gun fools keep talking about people being more likely to shoot themselves than the bad guys. That’s a FOOL assumption, made by fools. Like all their arguments, it’s not likely that people who buy guns and get training in their use will foolishly shoot themselves rather than the bad guys. The bad guys are more likely to do that because most of them never get any training in the use of the illegal guns they carry. They keep saying the cops can protect us, and the cops themselves admit that’s a LIE. All they can do is RECORD the crime and dispose of the body or bodies, and them MAYBE punish the bad guys AFTERWARD. That’s not good enough. We need someone THERE who has a gun and knows how to use it ti stop criminals with ILLEGAL guns from victimizing innocent people. And that’s what stupid politicians don’t want, for their own reasons. Crooks can get as many illegal guns as they want; more easily in areas where gun laws are tight than in other places where they are not so tight. In case anybody wonders where I’ve been, I’m back in the hospital. Nothing life-threatening, just five days without sleep, followed by a complete loss of energy and complete weakness. Emperor Has No Clothes

That’s what’s happening every time an ill-informed, incompetent anti-gun fool insists on getting a useless, unenforceable anti-gun law passed. People have to know his laws are useless, but they don’t tell him. Or he just doesn’t listen. It’s a big waste of time and money because not a single one of those ubiquitous anti-gun laws has EVER done a thing to “reduce gun violence,” as they claim they will. Instead, they INCREASE gun violence by disarming honest, law-abiding people, making them “easy targets” for criminals, with their ILLEGALLY-obtained guns. Criminals do not obey laws. that’s a given. So why do the anti-gun fools think they’ll magically obey the silly laws they make? Those laws can only apply to the law-abiding, who are NOT the problem, and not to the law-breakers, who ARE. Because they can’t FIND them. But nobody can tell these ignorant fools what they spend so much time and taxpayer money on is a useless endeavor—if they do, they aren’t listening. Their minds are made up, so don’t confuse them with facts. We tell them this time after time, and it doesn’t penetrate. Another Shooting, More Gun Laws

As this is written, I’m hearing early reports of a shooting at a Denver-area school. Talk about cops running into the school with guns drawn and a perimeter being set up. You can depend on what will come next: calls for more useless “gun laws” that would do NOTHING to keep such things from happening. The “anti-gun fools” are so transparent, I can see them “licking their lips” while dusting off their usual fool laws. They should take the loss of THREE pro-gun law legislators and “pull in their horns.” But they never learn. It’s a “one-note song” and we hear it every time some fool goes nuts and shoots up a school. According to early reports, one student came to the school to find a specific teacher, and didn't find that teacher. He (or she) shot one student, who is in critical condition in a hospital, then killed him(her) self. Another person suffered a minor injury but it isn't yet known if it was gun-inflicted. Later reports indicate that was a gun shot. (Fox News)

This Is Gun Control

In NYC, one of the tightest-controlled gun control cities in the country, users of ILLEGAL guns shot 49 people in 72 hours recently. That’s a FIVE TIME INCREASE over last year, when only (“ONLY”) eight people were shot, also with illegal guns. Of course, the anti-gun fools “came out of the woodwork,” demanding they make more of their useless, unenforceable anti-gun laws that can only apply to the law-abiding, who DO obey laws, and NOT to the law-breakers, who do NOT. I just cannot figure out what makes these fools tick. They have to KNOW their laws don’t work, but they keep insisting on more and more of them. Maybe it’s the lucrative salaries they get to promote it, paid for by the gullible fools who support their useless efforts. NYC and Chicago seem to be trying to outdo each other in the number of useless anti-gun laws they make, and the number of people shot, anyway. Conclusion: anti-gun laws DO work, to INCREASE gun violence, by disarming the law-abiding, making them defenseless against the criminals, crazies, and Islamic terrorists who victimize them. Lawlessness At Its Worst

There are 36 armed troops (gang members) in Mayor Lightbrain’s Chicago, and they have signaled that they will kill any cop who shows up with his gun drawn—which seals the fate of each gang member who shows up at ANY crime scene. That very threat gives every cop “probable cause” to search any gang member they see to see if he or she is illegally armed. These criminal fools think they’re going to be able to take on a well-trained bunch of cops with guns they have no idea how to use. The very way it’s popular to hold the gun while firing shows that. They turn it sideways, so the ejected shells will do themselves more damage than can the bullets from the cop’s guns. They decry cops killing thugs and gang members, yet their very actions and threats “put the cops on edge” and MAKES them more “trigger happy.” Just the opposite of what they profess to want. What they really want is to bully the cops into ignoring their crimes. But the cops will not be bullied, and they will learn that, to their dismay, as they are carted off to prison—or the morgue. Only Legal Guns

The silly laws the anti-gun fools get passed will NEVER do what they are touted to do, and that is “reduce gun violence.” What they are very good at doing is INCREASING gun violence by keeping guns out of the hands of honest, law-abiding people. Thus making them DEFENSELESS against the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there. That definitely gives criminals a “green light” to victimize people, and they “go right at it,” victimizing as many unarmed, defenseless people as they can. Whenever a thug goes on a shooting spree with an ILLEGAL gun, they “come out of the woodwork” and demand laws that can ONLY be applied to people with LEGAL guns. How the hell they think that will do something to reduce the number of ILLEGAL guns out there is mystery. I think those anti-gun politicians are just frightened of their constituents because of the nefarious plans they have to take what isn’t theirs, later—and they don’t want their minions to get shot in their robbery attempts. That’s the only conclusion I can come to, being aware that they MUST know their silly little laws do not do what they are said to do, but they keep making them. Making them is just a smokescreen for their real purpose, so we won’t “tumble” to it. Some people think they’re just stupid. I don’t agree. I think they’re getting exactly what they want out of their stupid laws—laws they KNOW are stupid. (Just common sense)

It Doesn't Matter

When a cop, anywhere, be he/she black or white, shoots a black man, be he armed or not, the BLM fools immediately “organize a demonstration” that usually turns out to be a riot, with looting, burning of the property of people not involved, and mayhem, assaulting, sometimes even KILLING innocent people in their zeal. They ever even look to see if the person shot was trying to kill that cop, or somebody else. They say, “black lives matter” while only 14 black men have been shot recently by cops, while hundreds of them have been shot by other black men. Apparently, black lives DON’T matter, except when there’s a cop involved, whether or not the “victim” was shooting at the cops or not. It’s a phony campaign they’re using to be able to arouse ignorant people to victimize cops and make them fear going out each day in their distinctive uniforms, driving their distinctive cars. And it’s working. Thugs from all over are attacking uniformed cops, sometimes successful sometimes not, due to their lack of training, while the cops are usually well trained. (Just common sense)

Ignoring the Constitution

The Founders made one glaring error when they drew up the Constitution and ratified it: they did not provide for an actual punishment for lawmakers who ignore it in the making of their laws, save the embarrassment of having their unconstitutional laws declared unconstitutional—eventually. After the damage has been done. So lawmakers are constantly making unconstitutional laws and enforcing them for years—until someone spends enough money to take it to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case, and—finally--declares it to be unconstitutional. What happens then is problematic. The damage has already been done. People have lost money to fines and extra expenditures required under the unconstitutional law, some having spent time in prison for violation of that law, lives ruined, under a law that should not have been made, or enforced, at all. There even could have been a provision in the Constitution requiring the Supreme Court to view the law BEFORE it is ever enforced, to save innocent people from damage. I know that would put a larger burden on the Supremes, but something needs to be done. (AmmoLand)

How IS it “misunderstood?” It’s misunderstood because liberals and other gun-haters WANT it to be misunderstood. The reference to a “militia” is used erroneously since the idea of a “state militia” was unknown at the time. ALL PEOPLE were considered to be members of a militia and were expected to supply their own guns. The government wasn’t as “flush with money” like it is, today. But the gun-haters ignore that and continue to insist that it meant “membership” in an ORGANIZED militia, not a VOLUNTEER militia called up in case of attack.
