Gun Grabbers Horrified!

They hate the very thought of school teachers being allowed to bring their guns to school. As if that has been a problem in the past. They favor, instead, allowing only uniformed, armed security guards being allowed to carry guns, instead. this is foolish, because, as has been proven time and again, potential shooters can "take him out" from ambush, before the serious shooting begins, because he is easily identified and isolated. Allowing others to have guns, who are NOT so easily identified and isolated, makes the job of a potential shooter harder, maybe impossible, which is a good thing. But these damned fools will not hear of it. Their minds are made up, so don't confuse them with facts. (Denver Post)

Ending Chicago Gun Crime

You will never be able to end it completely, but there are ways to reduce it to manageable proportions that Trump can use, without taking away the constitutional right of honest Chicago residents to have the means to defend themselves. One is to get rid of the idea that the "stop and frisk" policy, if used, will bring down the wrath of the federal government. That will serve to make cops more able to nip crime in the bud, using their innate senses and abilities, before it becomes a shooting. The other is to fully enforce the laws adding significant time to the sentences of criminals using guns in their crimes, That's a thing that is regularly waived to get convictions in other crimes. That's just lazy policing. But the most important thing is the first thing mentioned. Allowing the cops to do their jobs without liberals peering over their shoulder, ready to "jam them up" for doing their jobs. That will go a long way toward improving morale among cops--which will improve results, Mayor Emanuel notwithstanding. (Washington Times)

Trump Has The Pen, Now

Obama (in)famously bragged that he "had a pen and a phone" and "didn't need the Congress" to make laws. Well, now Trump has the pen and the phone, and he's using them to their best advantage: to reverse Obama's outrages. Today, he's reversing his first of many Obama's executive orders designed to hamstring gun sales in the United States. And he has plans to rescind many more, along with all the other destructive executive orders (and a few actual laws) Obama signed in order to hamstring his administration. He's going to be spending a lot of time in the coming days doing the same, both by executive order and by acts of Congress. He promised to do that, and he is making a good beginning. (Ammoland)

Ignorant Legal Action

This happened in Austria, not the United States, thank goodness. Dr, Georg Zakrajsek, a pro-gun worker, said publicly that "Islam has declared war on the rest of the world." While not precisely correct, his statement should not have earned him five months in jail, but it did. They don't have a First Amendment in Austria, so they can put somebody in jail for what they say. I say his statement was not precisely correct because ALL of Islam is not "at war with the rest of the world." Only the RADICALIZED Muslims. While we may not approve of their treatment of women and their efforts to impose Sharia Law on us, that's NOT "being at war" with us. However, such an action, even in Austria, is IGNORANT. They Know Nothing

The Washington Post and most major newspaper writers know absolutely NOTHING about guns, yet they write "scholarly articles" about them, as if they do. For instance, a current Washington Post article about suppressors shows their abysmal ignorance about guns, but they keep writing and publishing articles with phony "alternative facts" about them, and people who pay no attention don't know any better than to believe their horse manure. Bearing Arms says "You have to give Washington Post points for tenacity because, no matter how many times they are proven wrong, they keep publishing this kind of trash." One reporter wrote several false stories, from LACK of knowledge, and another reporter who DID know something about gus tried to write a retraction, but the editors refused to run it. Obviously, they'd rather be wrong if it advanced their wish to disarm law-abiding Americans. (Bearing Arms)

Social Security Gun Grab

Under Obama, "rules" were changed to allow the government to deny Second Amendment rights to Social Security recipients who decided to allow somebody other than themselves to handle their finances, for ANY reason, claiming doing so showed them unfit to have guns. Congress, under Republican control now, has decided to reverse that, and it will not longer be a factor. But I wonder if those who have ALREADY been disallowed guns under that "rule" will be given their guns back? I'm sure that "holdover Obama bureaucrats" will keep those guns until specifically ORDERED to return them, thus effectively "dragging their feet" to make it more difficult, and time-consuming for the Trump administration. De Facto Gun Ban

In Oregon, the governor (whose campaign for election was largely financed by chief anti=gun fool Mike Bloomberg) is using "loopholes" in the law to form a de facto gun ban, Example: gun purchases that must be "vetted" by the state police can be held up literally FOREVER by bureaucratic foot-dragging. Meanwhile, the applicant, who may be in grave danger when applying, is killed. There are many other ways this is being done and Oregon Governor Kate Brown (a liberal Democrat, of course) is using all of them, and doing everything she can to create more ways to cause "foot-dragging" that constitutes a de facto gun ban. And if she is successful, you can depend upon other states run by liberals to take notice and do likewise. This kind of thing is despicable, but it is something people who value their right to self defense must deal with. Blaming the Victims

The State of Washington is looking at making a law to punish people who fail to safely secure guns when they store them, when that gun is used carelessly by an adult or a child. which is basically "blaming the victim," which is something liberal Democrats do so well. There must be something in the air in that part of the country that creates anti-gun fools. The governor of Oregon, which is right next door, is also an anti-gun fool. Yes, guns should be stored safely so that children can't get their hands on them and carelessly shoot someone. Adults, too. The NRA teaches a course on that, but anti-gun fools HATE the NRA and all its works. So they will never recommend anything they have anything to do with. And their idea of "safe gun storage" basically only makes it impossible for legal gun owners to get their guns in action fast enough to be able to defend themselves against an ILLEGAL gun owner who is attacking them. Pushing the Impossible

The police politicians got together and came up with a conclusion: "The way to stop gun violence is a more powerful ATF and gun control." Really, now! How's that worked out for ya so far, huh? The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result, and that's what they're doing. "Gun control" hasn't accomplished a thing so far, because it is universally aimed in the wrong direction: toward honest, law-abiding gun owners," who aren't the problem, at all. Nothing is being done to make it harder for ILLEGAL gun owners to get their guns, or to punish them more severely when they use a gun for crime. In fact, CURRENT laws giving them stiffer sentences for using a gun are routinely waived to get convictions in other crimes. They can't even know who HAS them. Whenever a criminal wants a gun, he has no trouble getting one in a back alley somewhere, out of the trunk of another criminal's car. Yet they want more of the same? Enforce the Current Laws!

Every time there is a mass shooting, or even a simple gun crime the ignorant politicians scream for "more gun laws," even though none of the ones out there work. Even those that might do some good, such as the ones mandating stiffer sentences for criminal who use a gun in the commission of a crime. Those charges are routinely waived to get convictions in other crimes. I call that lazy law enforcement. In Oregon, legislators are yammering for what? More gun laws, of course, meanwhile not enforcing current laws continues apace. As usual, the laws they propose work to make it more difficult for honest, law-abiding people to get their guns, or to get them in action fast enough to successfully oppose criminals with their ILLEGAL guns, who do not OBEY such laws. Stupidity Reigns Supreme

They held a "campus carry task force" at Lone Star College in Houston, TX, and what did they recommend? That tired, old, mass shooter-drawing "gun-free zone" stupidity that has never worked to reduce or eliminate gun crime, instead, giving would-be shooters a "safe place" to go in and kill people. That's because people who obey the rules probably won't be armed and able to kill him before he can kill as many people as he would like. It has become OBVIOUS that gun free zones are stupid, but apparently the members of this "task force" aren't intelligent enough to perceive that. Maybe after a mass shooter comes into THEIR gun free zone and kills a few students and teachers, they'll wise up. Naaahhh....they won't. Anti-gun fools never do. So I guess the way to solve this problem is to get rid of the people who populate such "task forces." (Ammoland)

Now It's Trump's Pen

Obama famously (or infamously, depending on your outlook) said, "I have a pen, and I have a phone," and he used them to circumvent (violate) the Constitution of the United States in many ways, on many occasions, legal and illegal, therefore violating his oath of office, in which he swore to uphold the Constitution. One of the most sinister ways was to "gnaw away" at the constitutionally guaranteed right to be armed in self defense. Often by making the guns we DO have useless, and impossible to get into action fast enough when threatened by an ILLEGAL gun owner (criminal). Such things as gun locks, gun safes, and even some laws that allow guns to be carried, but require the guns to be UNLOADED. Other laws are made, making it illegal to bring guns into certain "gun-free zones," laws that are routinely disobeyed by criminals, not licensed gun carriers. Everything he did was designed to make it easier for ILLEGALLY armed criminals to victimize honest, law-abiding people. Maryland Shooting

Maryland has some of the tightest anti-gun laws in the nation, right up there with DC. That mall was a “gun-free zone.” Yet some fool who had a grudge against somebody came in and killed two people and himself. How’s that “gun-free zone” workin’ our for ya? Many, many times I have said this, and I’ll say it again: gun-free zones are an OPEN INVITATION to fools to come in and shoot people. How many more people need to die before the fools in power figure it out? Why we (not me) keep sending these fools to Washington and our own state capital, I don’t know. Are we all (not me) stupid? NO; we’re just uninformed about them. We need to GET informed about ANYBODY we elect to office BEFORE we elect them. (Bearing Arms)

"Guns Shock and Sicken Me!"

I've run this item before. But I think it needs to be run again and again to spotlight a demented lawmaker who knows NOTHING about guns, but is able to make laws about them. That’s what a Washington State Senator admitted during a hearing there. During the hearing, State Senator Jeannie Darneille of Tacoma frankly revealed what lies behind much of the support for I-594 and other gun control measures across the country. As captured by a video of the hearing, the senator told those assembled, ‘I am not a person who handles guns. I don’t own guns. I don’t…they shock me, quite frankly.’ ” And these fools are the ones who make laws that keep us from being able to defend ourselves against ILLEGAL guns. To a human being, guns are not frightening unless they’re in the hand of a criminal, aimed at you. Lying on a table with no human hand upon them, they’re like a rock; completely unable to harm anybody. But not to such as Sen. Darnelle. She really believes we can completely eliminate guns from existence by making a law. The fact we can’t is lost on her and people like her. Thus we get more and more laws that disarm us, but not the criminals and crazies who like to shoot up schools. (Daily Caller)

Ready! Fire! Er, Aim!

That seems to be what at least one court in Pennsylvania is doing: firing before aiming. They used a "civil forfeiture act" to confiscate the gun used by a man to discourage another driver from tailgating him. The man did nothing but SHOW the gun to the tailgater. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, and the judge refused to give his gun back, citing the "civil forfeiture act." Only one problem. That is based on English "common law," that doesn't apply to anything in Pennsylvania. In other words, the law the judge cited does not exist in the United States. This is a good example of a liberal judge making his own laws. Pennsylvania is largely a liberal-run state, and most of their judges are liberal, and thus are snti-gun fools, which is a basic thing in liberal land. (Philly Voice)

Cops Support Gun Rights

A recent Pew Poll found that urban police officers favor the right of law-abiding citizens to carry guns for self protection, AND to help the cops in their jobs. Cops in smaller towns (about 17% of cops) were not included in the poll, so nobody knows how they feel on the issue. What the anti-gun fools do is talk to the police politicians to get the answers they want. They never talk to the rank and file, who might feel differently, since they are "in the trenches" and realize that there are ALREADY millions of guns on the streets, ILLEGALLY, and they can't be everywhere at once. Therefore, people should be equipped and ready to defend themselves until the cops can get there. The rank and file know the reality of the situation far more than the police politicians do, since they live in it, every day, while the police politicians live in their "ivory towers." Some of them USED to be "rank and file," but have forgotten the reality. (Bullets First)

Rising Gun Sales

We've had skyrocketing gun sales in recent years, mostly fueled by fears that liberals will enact more and tighter gun laws. But the gun sales that we should be worrying about are NOT those LEGAL gun sales. It is the ILLEGAL gun sales that take place in the back alleys of cities we need to worry about, because it is potential CRIMINALS buying them. And STEALING them. This rise is mostly fueled by the hundreds and hundreds of criminals Barack Obama has released from prison on various pretexts, plus the Islamic terrorists he has also released. Obama has put THOUSANDS of illegal gun-wielders on the streets, many of them doing violent crimes to get money to buy dope. He CLAIMS that he is only releasing drug violators, but those drug violators commit crimes to feed their habits. Additionally, the Islamic terrorists he released go back to their terrorism in foreign countries, while many of them come right back here to do violence "in the name of Islam."

Obama seems dedicated to INCREASING violent crime in this country. He will deny it, to his dying day. But it is true. There can be no other reason for releasing so MANY violent criminals of both kinds, all the time CLAIMING to be trying to REDUCE crime. Obama has seen to the release of more criminals on the public than ANY previous president. He says he is "being compassionate" to those criminals--but what about "being compassionate" to their victims? As ILLEGAL gun sales rise, the anti-gun fools will not make a lot of noise about it, because there's really no way to chart those sales, so nobody will notice them--until more criminals victimize more citizens. Legal gun sales may mitigate that, to some degree, by "leveling the playing field" for those who have them. But the anti-gun fools spend every waking hour (and some even DREAM about it) trying to find ways to take away the right to self defense and to buy and use the means to that end, a gun.

Trump can't do much about those releases, because of the way the law is written, So you can look for crime rates to skyrocket, too--and it will be dutifully blamed on Trump, although it will be a result of OBAMA'S foolishness. But hopefully there will not be any more mass releases of criminals under Trump, and hopefully, the cops will keep an eye on those criminals he released, and put them back in prison where they belong when they commit new crimes, as they will--hopefully before they kill anybody--but I'm afraid that's a forlorn hope. Somebody needs to keep track of the number of those felons Obama released who commit new crimes--but I doubt anybody will--unless Trump sees to it. In any case, there is going to be a big increase in gun violence, fueled by Obama's actions. One can only hope those LEGAL guns can get rid of some of the ILLEGAL gun wielders so as to then REDUCE gun violence. (Yahoo)

How many times do we need to tell the anti-gun fools that "gun-free zones" not only DON'T WORK, but are a "magnet" for those who want to shoot a place up and kill people? How many times must that be PROVED by many people DYING before they understand? It is said that, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is INSANITY! If you looked in a dictionary for "insanity," you'll find Gabby Gifford's or Mike Bloomberg's picture next to it. What part of "doesn't work" do they not understand? Criminals, who break laws for a LIVING, don't OBEY the many inane laws they cause to be made by gullible politicians. Yet they continue to make them. They call their laws, "common sense laws." Chicago Not the Worst

Trace, a known anti-gun fool web site. is now saying Chicago is NOT the worst place to live if you want to not be shot and killed. They base it on population figures, not total deaths. So Chicago has less killings per 100,000 population than some other cities. This is true. But it doesn't mean their gun laws WORK.Nor does it mean a Chicagoan is safer from being hit by a stray bullet.  It is just a different way of reading the numbers. Chicago still had 762 murders last year, with most of them accomplished by a gun. Other cities with smaller populations can outstrip Chicago in killings per 100,000 citizens, but it doesn't change the fact that Chicago is the most dangerous place to live, period! Their fool "gun laws" (many of which are so draconian they've been declared unconstitutional) haven't made a single DENT in the number of gun deaths, but they keep making them, and more people die, every day. The simple cure here is for law-abiding citizens to be able to have their own guns for self-defense, but they will not hear of it. They're just not smart enough. (The Trace)

Gabby's Gittin' Frustrated

She has started screaming at her crowds. She's frustrated by the failure of most of her efforts to undermine the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and take away our constitutionally guaranteed right to be armed in self-defense. She's been working HARD, ever since she was shot in the head and had her brains scrambled, and most of what she promotes have failed. She must still be giddy from that, seeing how all her efforts are based on the idea that LEGAL gun owners are responsible for the "gun crime" she thinks is "out of control," but is NOT. She just can't understand that the laws she promotes do NOTHING to "reduce gun crime," but, instead, INCREASE it by disarming honest, law-abiding people, leaving them defenseless against the kind of people like the guy who almost killed her. One day, maybe she'll wake up out of the fog she's in now, and realize what she's doing is against the Constitution, and will do just the opposite of what she wishes. (Breitbart)

Crafty If Not Wise

I have to say that "MOMS Against Guns" (or some such) are a crafty bunch. They think up all kinds of things to get noticed. That's necessary, when you have no real message, which they don't. They want one thing: to violate the Constitution of the United States of America, which states categorically that "the right of Americans to be armed shall not be abridged." And everything they try is an ABRIDGMENT of those rights. They have ONE GOAL in mind: to destroy the Second Amendment to the Constitution. It's that simple. Many of their ideas are even unsavory--like their planned "pussy hats march," hoping to disrupt Trump's first days in office. But I believe he will ignore them, as all intelligent people do, no matter how "down and dirty" they get. Hmmmm....I wonder who put up the money for those 80 buses. Could it be George Soros? Crook Got A Surprise

He thought this 78-year-old man who came out every day to pick up his paper was going to be "easy pickings." He jumped out of his pickup and put a gun to the man's head, demanding his money. But while pulling out his wallet and giving it to him, he brought out his gun, which he was also in the habit of carrying when he picked up his paper, and blew him away. He jumped in his pickup and ran, but the cops later found him dead, and the man will get his wallet back. That's a result we need to see more of: a robbery victim blowing his robber away. That will ultimately reduce gun violence, as it cuts down on the number of criminals willing to take a chance on getting blown away by his intended victim, or just by reducing the number of live criminals, period. No charges are planned, although the Grand Jury will take a look at the killing, if any prosecutor is dumb enough to bring charges. (The Blaze)

They Don't Need Guns

As I've always said, those fools who want to kill a bunch of people don't need guns. If guns are unavailable to them, they will find a way. As this fool did in Australia, where guns are all but banned, entirely. He was involved in a stabbing, and then drove through a bunch of pedestrians, killing a few, and injuring many. One of his victims was an infant CHILD, killed in his wild melee. People say guns are at fault, but they aren't. They're just a TOOL "bad guys" use to kill people, and if they aren't available to them, they use knives, cars, trucks, and other instruments of death. Lack of guns does not bother them. Should we ban knives, cars, and trucks, since they have been used to kill people? That would be as stupid as banning guns, because THEY kill people. Without a "bad guy" holding it, a gun is no danger to anybody, nor is a car or a truck. (The Guardian)

"Senseless Death"

That's how the police chief in Decatur, GA (I assume, since they didn't say so in the news item). describes the death of a man who was shot and killed by his wife as he attacked her in her home. I guess it's a good thing he doesn't get to define this death legally, or he'd put her away for a long stretch for defending herself against an out-of-control husband. To some anti gun fools, I guess, ANY use of a gun in self defense is a "senseless death." And it was. But not for her, for him. He didn't need to attack her, and she defended herself and her children. It was "senseless" for HIM to force her into this action, which caused her to kill the father of those children, which they will always remember. If the law barred her from owning a gun, the "senseless death" might have been hers. Which again proves my point that the best defense against an attacker is a gun in your hand. (WALB 10 News)

Tyke Does the Right Thing

An 8-year-old girl was walking along a road with her parents and found a gun that turned out to be loaded. Instead of picking it up and maybe shooting herself or someone else, like uninstructed children sometimes do, she went immediately to her mom and told her about it, like the NRA teaches children to do when they find a gun. The cops were called, found the gun to be loaded, and heaped praise on her for "doing the right thing." Did the anti-gun fools do likewise? Surely you jest! The anti-gun fools didn't take the time or effort to praise her. All they did was vilify guns--and the NRA--as usual. Would that we could teach more toddlers to do this, but the anti-gun fools say there's no such program. Wait--there IS!--the NRA has one, but the anti-gun fools want to IGNORE everything GOOD the NRA does. So they deny it. Everything they do proves that all they want to do is DISARM law-abiding people--and that's ALL. And they lie a lot, to do it. The NRA's "Eddie Eagle" gun safety program has been HATED by anti-gun fools since 1998. They'd rather see dead or injured kids than allow ANY NRA program to succeed. (Gun Free Zone)

"Dangerous and Silly"

The LA Times thinks allowing people who have concealed carry permits to carry their guns on campus is "dangerous and silly." Of course, this completely ignores the fact that there are ALREADY many ILLEGAL guns on campus, and, so far, that has not proven to be overly "dangerous OR silly." Additionally, they think anybody with a college degree should be "stripped of their gun rights." Of course, ALL anti-gun fools, which they seem to be, think EVERYBODY should be stripped of their gun rights--except for them. Many of them ARE armed, and think that's only their right--but that right is not for you. They say that law-abiding people RARELY use a gun for self defense (which is a LIE), so the whole idea is pointless. Whatta bunch of BOOBS! They think a "good guy with a gun" is INEFFECTIVE against a criminal with a gun, which is just STUPID! Criminals with guns have been stopped OFTEN by a "good guy with a gun," but they want to ignore that to preserve their phony narrative. (Breitbart)

Incredible Stupidity

Cops are REQUIRED to be armed while on duty. Michael Zuby, a cop in Pennsylvania who was also employed by Wal-Mart for security, entered the store while on duty as a cop to buy something. His boss at the store told him he had to "get rid of the gun" while in the store, to which he replied that he was required by law to be armed while he was on duty, he was on duty, and refused. So they FIRED him and even asked his police chief not to send HIM to the store if they called for police assistance. That request was also refused. So he is suing Wal-Mart for their incredible stupidity in REQUIRING an on-duty COP to disarm himself while on duty and firing him as security for the store when he refused. Nobody ever said private employers were smarter than politicians, and this proves it. It reminds me of the "concealed carry" law in one state where the gun carried must be UNLOADED. Stupid! I suppose they think an ILLEGALLY-armed bad guy will politely wait while he loads his gun when attacked. (WREG)

Gun Grabbers Lie Again

The "Violence Policy Center," a well-known anti-gun outfit KNOWN for putting out LYING numbers, has done it again. They just put out a report slandering all concealed carriers. It says "firearm permit holders have killed 921 people (not in self defense or in defense of others) since 2007." which is an absolute LIE. First, only THREE permit holders killed anybody in TEN YEARS. Further, fully ONE-THIRD of the "murders" they cite were SUICIDES. They omit the fact that MOSTLY people who have ILLEGAL guns, WITHOUT permits commit MOST of those murders. That is the main fallacy in ALL their law-making regarding guns. ALL the "murders" that concern them so much were committed by people WITHOUT permits, and their current laws can do NOTHING to stop them. There are currently 14.5 MILLION permit holders in the U. S., and if permit holders did the killing, you'd NOTICE it, I guarantee you! These are yet more of the PHONY figures put out by this dishonest, anti-gun outfit that other gun-grabbers rely on for their phony figures. (Patriot Post)

We're Losing Hick!

Governor Hickenlooper, of Colorado, has been one of the staunchest supporters of the stupid "gun laws" passed by anti-gun fools, and is nearing the end of his second term. Thank God for term limits. Now maybe we'll get a governor with some INTELLIGENCE who recognizes the fact that NONE of their "gun laws" do anything to reduce gun violence. Instead, they INCREASE it by DISARMING honest, law-abiding people, making them DEFENSELESS against all the ILLEGAL guns out there already in the hands of criminals, crazies, and Islamic terrorists. I live in Colorado, and I'm glad to see the back side of this fool as a new governor takes over. I just hope Republicans, who are a majority in Colorado everywhere but Denver, are smart enough to elect somebody a little smarter. The news media talks about all the DEMOCRATS who are "lining up" to replace him, completely ignoring any Republicans who will be in the race. (America's First Freedom)

Watts Throws A Tantrum

It must be very irritating to be an anti-gun fool these days, especially the "mouthpiece" for a billionaire anti-gun fool (former NYC Mayor Bloomberg). Recently Shannon Watts (boss of MOMS Against Guns, or something like that) tried to tout her "achievements" in taking away our gun rights, but couldn't--there AREN'T any. So recently she "threw an Internet tantrum," criticizing NRA TV host Grant Stinchfield, then refusing to come on his show to defend her LIES. Apparently she's afraid to do that. She criticized Kimberly Corban, a rape survivor who wants to carry a gun to prevent another rape. There was no tantrum when a woman was thrown in jail in New Jersey for carrying a LEGAL gun. Nor when football star Ray Rice got off with a "wrist slap" after beating his girlfriend, or when an ISIS-inspired gunman opened fire in a crowded night club in Orlando and murdered 49 people in a "gun-free zone." And one the anti-gun fools HATE! Seventeen states will soon allow concealed carry without a permit. I predict that gun crime will ultimately go down in those states after a short spike while law-abiding people kill those with ILLEGAL guns who want to victimize them. Apparently, many politicians, in many states, are "wising up" to the reality that they can't stop those who wish to do ill from getting their illegal guns, and that honest, law-abiding people need to be able to "level the playing field" by being armed, themselves. Back a hundred years ago, out West, anyway, they realized that fact, before the fools who lived in the "civilized East" spread their poison westward. They CLAIM that allowing everybody to be armed caused a "wild west atmosphere" that led to many people being killed. But "Westerns" aside, very few people were killed by "gunslingers," and each time it happened, it reduced their numbers by one. Unconstitutional Regulations

Louisville, KY, following the Constitution, BARS cities in KY from making unconstitutional regulations, but Louisville wants to do it, anyway. What part of UNCONSTITUTIONAL do they not understand? They have many statistics about the 497 shooting victims in Louisville last year, but one is suspiciously missing: the number of shootings and killings that were accomplished with ILLEGAL guns. That's an important statistic, but the anti-gun fools ignore it. They make all kinds of rules about guns for the law-abiding to obey, ignoring the fact that CRIMINALS don't obey ANY kind of laws, much less their piddling "gun laws," most of which are unconstitutional, anyway. Things Gun-Grabbers Hate

A cop was shot by a perp and wounded. It is quite possible the perp was about to kill that cop, when a legally-armed citizen shot and killed him. Some liberal fools would say that assaulting a cop should not rate a death penalty. But taking that cop's gun and trying to kill him DOES. And that's what this perp got: a SUMMARY death penalty, without the months waiting for trial and YEARS waiting for execution. Simple law: "an eye for an eye." This action on the part of a citizen not only saved that cop's life, it reduced gun crime by ending the criminal career of this man. And criminal he was, or he would have just taken his ticket and gone on, as law-abiding people would in a similar situation. (The Arizona Republic)

Only the Liberals

Only liberals--only women--could get away with a misogynistic march billed as "The Pink Pussy" March, basically against guns (what else?). What would happen if some MEN came with a march named, "Pink P-cker March?" They'd be laughed out of town at the very least, and JAILED at worst. Combining for this march are many lefties, including Planned Parenthood (baby killers), LGBT (they lost their "Q" somewhere), anti-gun fools (of course), CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), Muslims trying to help anybody who wants to make trouble, and other lefties. These people come up with the stupidest concepts for their silly demonstrations and think they will DO something for their "cause." They won't. They only make them subjects for ridicule. Somebody they respect needs to tell them they LOST. But even that wouldn't do any good because there ISN'T anybody they respect who isn't as stupid as they are. "We Must Disarm Everyone"

That's the opinion of a local Democrat in Florida. Fla. Rep. Evan Jenne doesn't even think how helpless people feel if they're all unarmed while some fool is shooting everyone in sight. Ft. Lauderdale is considering making it legal for concealed carriers to bring their guns into unsecured areas of airports, as is done in 44 other airports without appreciable problems. I guess he thinks if the average person was "allowed" to bring their guns there they'd "go crazy" and shoot the place up, as this guy did. Even if it was illegal to carry a gun into unsecured areas, this guy would have done so, anyway. A man bent on killing a bunch of people isn't going to be bothered about violating a piddling "gun-free zone" policy, and most mass shooters actually LOOK for gun-free zones in which to do their killing because they figure that will be a safer area for them if no one else is armed. Jenne thinks (he says) if there were numerous armed people there, it would confuse the cops as to who the shooter was. I disagree. It wouldn't be hard, since that mass shooter would be DEAD. He also thinks a lot of guns around would get a lot of people killed, which is the usual horse manure put out by anti-gun fools. These are the kind of lawmakers we (not me) elect, which is why we get so many ATTEMPTS to violate our constitutional right to be armed. (Breitbart)

More Murders Than Chicago

The absolute total of murders by all means, including guns, knives, and other instruments, including bare hands, is less than in Chicago. But the true count is the number of deaths per 100,000 residents DOUBLES Chicago's total. Chicago's is 28 per 100,000 population, Baltimore's is 51. And the Baltimore spike STARTED with the "Freddy Gray" incident, where an overly-officious prosecutor falsely charged six cops in his death, while in custody. A death he accidentally accomplished, himself, in an attempt to criminalize those cops. As far as I know, that prosecutor, a Democrat, is still on the job, making more and more bad decisions. And, like most Democrats, she's blaming everybody and everything else but herself. We need more prosecutors like her--in prison! (AMI NewsWire)

George Washington Says

"A free people should not only be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, and that includes their own government." Such a statement, if said today, would get "old George" free room and board in a jail. The fact is, opposing government intrusion is one of the basic rights enshrined in the Constitution of the United States. But that is one of the most roundly ignored rights. The biggest abuser of gun rights today is the government, both federal and local. And Shannon Watts is one of the biggest private violators of our rights. (Just common sense)

Many MOMS Lies

She recently had an article in Teen Vogue in which she told their young readers (who haven't been on this Earth long enough to see through her lies) to "hate the NRA" because they work HARD to keep her from stripping Americans of their right to be armed in self defense. She says we have one thing other countries do not: the NRA, What she doesn't say is we have another thing other countries do not: The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which very clearly says, "the right to be armed shall not be abridged." This knowledge seems to escape her as she goes about spending Mike Bloomberg's money trying to violate it. The Constitution is the VERY BASIS for ALL our laws. NO law can be made that conflicts with its provisions.

Many of today's youngsters don't even know that, because it is not taught in schools, today--except for places like Hillsdale College, which REQUIRES every one of their students to know the Constitution and all its precepts, and even teaches a FREE multi-lesson class in the Constitution on the Internet. Hillsdale is the ONLY college that takes not a single penny of government money--even to the extent of disallowing a government-provided bus pass to school. To people like Sannon Watts, the "mother" of "MOMS Against Guns" (or something like that), the younger the person listening to their lies, the better. Lack of life experience is VALUABLE to Watts in getting them to accept her lies. (Just Common sense)

Most Americans Hate It

"But we like it, so we're gonna promote it." That's what the NY Times says (hidden meaning in what they DID say). They decided to do a piece supporting "gun control," so they brought in (hired) a bunch of "experts" to examine all the things that have been done to promote gun control and decide if America was "with them." Of course, EVERY one of those "experts" is a well-known ANTI-gun fool. So you know what their "determinations" are going to be. Strangely, they determined that a majority of Americans did NOT like "gun control," but that they should continue to promote it, anyway. They only brought these "experts" in so they could SAY they based their "findings" on the work of "experts." They did not say what KIND of "experts they were. They CLAIM that a"majority of Americans support gun control," and that is an absolute LIE. They do NOT. They HATE it. But NYT refuses to admit that. By gathering a bunch of KNOWN anti-gun fools together and CALLING them "experts" while excluding everybody who knew ANYTHING about guns, they have produced an excellent piece of anti-gun propaganda. The Houston, TX police chief is obviously an anti-gun fool. He recently thanked local members of "MOMS Hate Guns" (or something like that) for all their efforts in SUPPORTING the Second Amendment. Even though their every action is in OPPOSITION to the Second Amendment. This guy is obviously deluded, and he proves it every time he opens his mouth (or sends out a Tweet). He LIKES the BLM (Black Lives Matter), and regularly throws his fellow cops "under the bus."Somebody needs to fire this fool and get somebody with BRAINS in his head to take over the Houston Police Department. Gun Crime A Virus

And the anti-gun fools think they have the cure. They've always thought they had the cure, as they "flail about," making law after law that does NOTHING to "stem gun violence" and instead, INCREASES it by disarming law-abiding people. This makes those people DEFENSELESS against the millions of ILLEGAL guns out there, and they just can't see that. They're too incompetent. We keep giving them LOGICAL information showing how wrong they are, but they aren't listening. Now they're preaching that people who want to keep their constitutional right to be armed in self-defense are victims of a "virus." They "flail about," throwing things up against the wall, hoping something will stick. Shannon Watts, boss of "Moms against guns (or something like that)," is now touting their "successes" in taking away our gun rights. Those "successes" number ONE, and that fizzled. "I Know! It's Veterans!

The anti-gun fools have thrown something else up against the wall, hoping it will stick, seizing on the fact that the mass shooter at the Ft. Lauderdale airport was a veteran. They constantly admonish us not to blame a lot of people for the actions of a few--then they blame all veterans on the actions of ONE man. The Ft. Lauderdale airport shooter. No, they never did a "timeline" to figure out just how many mass shooters were veterans--they just say it, and hope we'll believe it. That's their standard modus operandi. Truth is, the chances of a mass shooter being a former military man is high, since such a large percentage of young males have been in the military. That does NOT mean that being a veteran makes them predisposed to mass shootings. Being a veteran is NOT a "causative factor." But not to the anti-gun fools, as they "flail about" trying to find something, ANYTHING to blame it on. (Mediaite)

Gun Laws Don't Work

I've written items with this title many times. That's because, time after time, evidence emerges that none of the "gun laws" liberals make do ANYTHING to reduce gun violence. And now we have more evidence: The Ft. Lauderdale airport killings. The shooter first, obeyed all applicable laws in packing his gun, unloaded, in a suitcase that went in the luggage compartment of the plane. Then he recovered his luggage in that area of the airport that was not a "security area," loaded it, and began killing people. Most airports, even in non-security areas, are "gun-free zones." So we have, yet again, an instance of a killer shooting people in a "gun-free one." The guy should have been BANNED from having a gun because of mental issues. They previously took it from him, but gave it back to him. His gun had no "gun lock," was not "stored in a safe place." None of the "gun laws" passed did ANYTHING to stop this guy. Nor would they stop any other would-be mass shooter. Laws that limit the size of magazines would have done nothing. This guy reloaded, at least once, maybe several times, which obviates the need for a high-capacity magazine. (Say Uncle)
